The only employee who was working was very rude and did not know how to help us transfer our information from our old phone to our new phone. I expected alot more from Verizon.

Went to your store at 3:30 today. There was a note on the door that said "Went on break be back in 30 minutes" Really! The note doesn't say what time they would be back! I'm not sure why they are closing your business to go on break! Just so you know you are losing business.

Came at 5:15 doors were locked. Says business updated hours less than a week ago and should be open till 7.There was no closed sign or anything on the door only hours which also say open till 7.

I had the most amazing experience with this Russell's cellular I mean only having a phone with is company for 2 month and opening it in pecos tx and already having problems with it and trying to get help from the original store but being very rude and hanging up on me I walk into this store and finally after 4 days can use our phone they took no time and where very nice and helped us where as the original store wouldn't even talk to us

My iPhone was frozen and both Verizon reps, Logan and Estrella, in the store worked to get it restored. It was not an easy fix but they worked many hours to find a solution so I wouldn’t lose my pictures. Their help was extremely appreciated!
