On 3/7/24 at approximately 6:45pm I placed an online order which included a cheeseburger that my daughter was looking forward to. When we got back home and I went to cut it in half for her I noticed a very long hair that looked blonde/whitish hanging out. I called the store to let them know & reassured them I wasn’t looking for money back or anything. Simply calling to make them aware so they could tighten up their processes/cleanliness. The girl who picked up basically told me she couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have anyone with that color hair cooking (only “guys” and someone with pink hair). I explained again how she could address it in a general fashion because regardless of the color of people’s hair working I most definitely found the hair. She still proceeded to go back and forth with me about how no one working has that color hair. I explained how I didn’t appreciate the going back and forth with me and just want them to be aware/address the lack of cleanliness. Finally as I THOUGHT we were going to hang up she says “I’ll be sure to let the boys know they need to tie their short hair back.” I lost it again because I feel like that was a smart comment (not okay for someone working in a customer service role…which I’m sorry, but fast food is definitely that). Any professional knows it’s not appropriate to argue with your customers or make slick comments. I then realized when I looked at the hair that it had a pink tone to it and called back to confirm. She then proceeds to offer me a credit. Why that wasn’t the first thought when I reported the issue I have no clue, but also don’t care because I don’t need a measly $2 back. I just want them to not leave their filthy hair in my food (or anyone else’s) for that matter. It’s hard to see in the pics I was able to get, but it’s most definitely there.

Yesterday I put in a order for a Reeses cheesecake shake and they brought me an oreo shake. And today I came to try to get a Reeses cheesecake shake, and I've pushed the order button and never got answered. If it's not working they need to have some sort of sign up saying so.

Went to several of the parking with a good friend of mine, kept pressing the button to place order,and no one came out, so we moved to another space and tried ordering again and nothing, so called Sonic and they said the spaced was closed, but the sign was still lit up displaying the menu, so I called in and told them we couldn't get help, finally took our order over the phone, after 20minutes of waiting, the only thing they did right was to give us our Drinks free.Parking: Be careful where you park, some of the spaces that are for ordering don't work properly.

Ordered a burger with GRILLED onions and these LAZY people couldn't even put GRILLED onion on the burger, they put RAW onions!! For as much as they change they should at least get the order right and EVERYTHING was COLD.

Ordering through the app saves time and is so convenient! You place your order, pay, and are able to pick the time you would like to pick your item up. My blue coconut, sweet cream sprite was delicious. They used to call them blue boys back in the day.
