The clinic is fine, but I would recommend taking your child to any other doctor than Dr. Thom at this clinic. I’m sure he’s fine if nothing is truly wrong, and they just need a checkup or a shot. But he continued to dismiss my concerns regarding my newborn having projectile vomit and reflux issues. I decided to change pediatricians and found someone who would listen to my concerns instead of shrugging them off and saying over and over that he’s fine. Long story short, my son had a severe case of pyloric stenosis and needed immediate surgical intervention. I don’t blame Dr. Thom for not knowing, I wish he would have listened to me and helped me find answers. Now my son is 100% better thanks to someone else who wanted to actually try and find the solution.

The care is great. Office staff needs training and guidance so they don't make $330 mistakes at the cost of their clients.
