I have rented here for 2.5 years. The company has always been kind, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond when it came to work orders and repairs. This company is great for military members and young folks on a budget. Thank you for the last couple years, and happy trails!

Some of the cleanest and well maintained houses for rent here in Portales. They're well priced and the landlord is friendly, reasonable, and always gets back to you. Plus most rentals are within walking distance to campus. Definitely want to rent from them again in the Fall semester!
