“Fantastic personalized service. Delivered my bed on time. I forgot to buy the frame, and they went back to the store, got frame, delivered it, and put my bed together. This is why I try to always shop local whenever possible.”

I struggle with technology and he sat there patiently and helped me and walked me through everything I was having problems with. He even took the time to sit there and write it all down for me! “I loved my experience with Aaron's today. I don't have time to go appliance shopping and my washer went out. I'm not one to have time or patience for the laundry mat. I walked in for a quick fix and that's what I got. Too easy, in and out. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable in the sale. Customer service is very important to me and so is my time. I had walked in this store a little over a year ago and was so displeased with the personnel. Lack of customer service skills, tacky, lazy, and so unmotivated. I thought I'd never come back. If you had this experience I'd recommend you give them another chance. New people and much better service.”
