I had a very bad experience at the store in Clovis so I went to Portales New Mexico where Julian gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. I struggle with technology and he sat there patiently and helped me and walked me through everything I was having problems with. He even took the time to sit there and write it all down for me! Thank you so much to him! He deserves his job!

Worst 5g internet ever. Always buffers while in 5g with full bars. Worst customer service ever they don't help you with anything. When I plug in my phone even with a rapid charger it always tells me something different from 2hrs to even saying 7days. Don't come to cricket they are a horrible company. Nobody knows what they are doing.

I bought 2 phone chargers and only 1 worked, the other had to be plugged into the phone 6 or 7 times before it would start charging. I took it back with the receipt to replace it, the manager there said it was working even if you had to try 6 or 7 times like she did and didn't want to replace it. She kept looking at me like I was inept or trying to scam her. Finally she called the owners and after about 20 minutes she finally replaced the cord. It shouldn't have been this difficult to replace a defective item with a receipt. The manager displayed poor people skills and service. Will always drive to Clovis now for any service or supply needs.

Everything was great in store at first. I had paid my phone bill in store and added a second line to my bill. Was told I was getting the 2 lines for $80 promo but instead was charged for regular price. Two days later, my phones' services were suspended and when I called customer support, they told me they couldn't see the charges on their end and the only way to track the transaction was by the invoice number on the receipt. I got the invoice number (which customer support claimed was an incorrect number and were unable to help. After 4 hours and several different calls, I just ended up paying the "amount I owed", because I was just sick of wasting my time with a company that isn't willing to/"can't" help.

Arianna R really screwed up our account when we tried adding a second line, and ended up costing us an extra $35 just because the Cricket internal system isn't organized enough to be able to correct her mistakes.
