We leased a couch from them. They asked if we wanted the ottoman that goes with it and we declined. Checked the paperwork and signed for the two parts of the sectionals. They deliver. It’s the two parts and a foot stool thing and I’m like “hey, cool, I didn’t know anything came with the couch”. Well, 4 days later, I get an email thanking me for my purchase. It turns out, they’d delivered the ottoman by mistake and, upon realizing their mistake, they wrote a new lease for the ottoman, FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON THIS LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT, and figured that was the end of that. I ended up calling the district manager and all they did was try to downplay the seriousness of the FELONY they committed, say it would be a “training experience” and come get the ottoman, saying we wouldn’t have to pay if we returned it. Cool. Fine. Then they bring paperwork that says we still owe them money because we were returning it and the lease said (THE LEASE THEY FORGED) that we still owed some money. We didn’t sign it. So if you want a place that’ll commit forgery, identity fraud, and plain ole fraud, rent from here.

I loved my experience with Aaron's today. I don't have time to go appliance shopping and my washer went out. I'm not one to have time or patience for the laundry mat. I walked in for a quick fix and that's what I got. Too easy, in and out. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable in the sale. Customer service is very important to me and so is my time. I had walked in this store a little over a year ago and was so displeased with the personnel. Lack of customer service skills, tacky, lazy, and so unmotivated. I thought I'd never come back. If you had this experience I'd recommend you give them another chance. New people and much better service.

I've been going to Aaron's to buy my furniture for years and years and years ever since they opened up in about 11 to 12 years ago it always seems to me that the place doesn't have enough items for something I actually need. Plus the fact that they don't have enough employees and it's not always clean. I know everybody in the store normally and I bring donuts on a regular basis just because I'm trying to make sure that the employees are happy. It makes me happy just to be able to give a little of myself just to be able to make them happy. I've known every manager since the store opened as far quality is concerned the business is very good but I would like to see something else other than some of the brand TVs that are there. I have hinted how many times I bringing Fisher color televisions into the store over the last 12 years I've had to show employee's how to to adjust the brightness control and the horizontal and vertical control to make everything work right I know televisions like the back of my hand my father ran Bert's television sales and service in Clayton New Mexico my grandfather worked and owned Burke television repair and sales. I am the third generation the Burke family the knows about televisions I know everything about them how to fix them and everything and I've tried to get my advice several times on how to make their business sell more TVs and then anything else where to put them how to display them properly a lot of times I get the run around like yeah yeah yeah and they don't take an account but I know more about televisions than anyone else in the whole state of New Mexico. My experience and knowledge I would think that Aaron's with taking a as a plus to someone who knows his business about televisions. Over the years I've had to deal with many people. And I know a lot of things see I run a appliance repair shop here in Portales New Mexico why do repairs on small engines as well as appliances and some TVs. Other than my experience I know that if a store does not keep a place clean at all times it will not sell the product correctly. I myself would never work for Aaron's because I've got stuff that I buy from them all regular basis but I know this much if the store is not kept clean in a proper manner and sanitized properly and the windows are not cleaned it at least three times a week if not four times a week and the floor is not vacuum properly and the store is not mopped on some of the floors and the stuff is not dusted if it's not properly cleaned you're not going to be able to sell anything. It is very important at the store be clean on the inside as well on the outside you need to have the asphalt and concrete power wash clean at least twice a week to keep the outside the store clean. It is very important that the store look good on the outside as well as on the inside any panels on the ceiling need to be replaced especially if they show water damage. I would think the district manager would know his job the let alone the manager. I would suggest that some new ceiling tiles be replaced as soon as possible. As well as some new painting when was the last time that the store was painted on the inside.? When was the store painted on the outside last when was the roof checked for leaks? It's very important that a store be well-kept and up the service be wonderful. Because if I had a store like Aaron's I would make sure that the store look good and that my customers were always happy

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have took off work 2 days in a row because they are supposed to come pick up my furniture and they have yet to show! But every time I call they say they are on there way.. will never shop there nor recommend anyone to shop there ever again!
