why don't they answer their phones! I can never get ahold of them! Also, they mix up my mail in the wrong parcel or it goes missing! This is a small community, why all the drama?

Rude and grossly incompetent. They put a pink slip on my mailbox. When I went to claim my package, they told me they had no packages for me. When I questioned why I would have a slip but no package, I got a rude tone and "I don't know why she'd do that".Two weeks later, they have the audacity to tell my partner we need to pay for return shipping for a package that was sent back because "your spouse never came to pick it up". Absolutely not.

Wow! What's up with this post office? Not only do we HAVE to get our own mail & pkgs at this location due to mailbox break-ins, the staff, in particular the tall guy, has NO customer service skills...AT ALL! Sadly, I dread coming here for anything.

Rude customer service. Needed some paper work for passport and brought it within my appointment time and couldn’t attend me..? The front female was so rude! Do not recommend coming to this post office.

The post masters here have been great but unfortunately they move on...with remaining staff most unfriendly. I avoid going in when ever possible. Bernalillo PO is GREAT!

Terrible post office - entirely incompetent & unwilling to help. Rude woman behind counter. Unhelpful & mean. They often close their gate during hours they are suppose to be open! For goodness sakes, Placitas is a small town - you aren't serving a big area - why are you so incompetent ?
