Daniel is a very knowledgeable CPA, but his professionalism is conditional. All 3 of the people who work at my LLC have experienced separate personal encounters with Dan where he was condescending and dismissive. The only time he ever really seemed to be amicable was when he was doing something for which there was a charge. We had All Business CPA file a tax amendment while we were getting ready to launch our business. Several weeks later when we hadn't heard anything about pending status from the IRS, we reached out to Dan only to hear that "These things don't work as quickly as you'd like." Dan then referred us to the IRS website and rushed us off the phone. Around 2 months later and several calls to Dan to glean some insight, he emails us the documents to file ourselves, stating that he "Didn't know he couldn't file an ammendment electronically." and also informed us that he had just found out that morning.A few minutes on the portal where he did his submission would have told him what he found out that morning but Dan couldn't be bothered over the course of 14 weeks to look himself (After being paid up front). All this while making the members of my small business out to be impatient and ignorant, for simply inquiring about the process; even though our suspicions that something wasn't right were validated. After asking Dan how such a mixup could have occurred, he fired back with "Why are you doing this to me?!" with a tone of disdain, as if it was somehow our fault that he was lax in his diligence. I then asked him why he had such a poor attitude to which he angrily replied "You don't know me!!"..... Apparently Dan didn't realize that with such behavior, he was making himself known, for better or worse.Daniel then proceeded to state "Well I guess we're done then!" all while I was just trying to get an answer as to what had happened and how. I only wanted to know why he'd brushed us off over the course of 3+ months only to find out he hadn't done the job we'd already paid him to do and why he never checked the status of the return himself when we had specifically asked him about the status on numerous occasions. For whatever reason, the very question about a mistake he had clearly made sent Dan from dismissive and condescending to defensive and downright abusive. He used profanity, was repeatedly talking over me, and raised his voice on more than one occasion. All without so much as an apology for the mixup... This was a week before my LLC officially opened for business, so needless to say, All Business CPA left us in a pretty bad spot for having the audacity to ask why they'd dropped the ball.In retrospect, I suppose it's a good thing Dan so vehemently and abruptly cut ties with us, as he could have just as easily dropped the ball processing our gross recipients tax or worse. I've spent the time since trying to find a new CPA during tax season (it's been challenging to say the least.)If you don't mind being in the dark while months go by and enjoy being talked to like you're a complete idiot on a regular basis for asking valid questions, give Dan a call. He's clearly a bit overwhelmed and doesn't have time or patience for professional pleasantries.

Our former accountant had retired and sold his business to All Business so I decided to give them a try. Our youngest son had just passed so I contacted Daniel to see what my first step would be to get our son's taxes done at the same time. I received some sort of information that had nothing to do with an estate, more like domestic violence and how to represent yourself in court and was charged $127.00. I called Daniel on it and was told by Daniel that my personal life does not concern him and that he is there to make money not friends.

Started working with Dan on my 2021 taxes having moved back to NM. He was recommended in our Nextdoor feed so I gave him a call... He has been extremely helpful in sorting out taxes for three states (MO, KS and NM) and putting everything together. He also volunteered to look at 2020 and 2019 to see if there was any opportunity to file an amendment and recover additional funds. Looking forward to seeing the final product of his efforts.

Dan Anderson is a consummate professional. I came to him with complex business (tax) issues, and he helped me save over $50,000 by restructuring my organization into an LLC. He's friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend his services.

After years of dealing with what was supposed to be "good" CPAs, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Dan. This may sound over-dramatic or exaggerated, but Dan's presence in my accounting has change my life, I barely notice tax time, when years ago it was a personal hell for about 3 months. Dan's ability to work remotely makes it possible for things to just happen without me ever even being aware, unlike years ago when I was just handed a massive list of what was needed that I had to slog through on my own. His procedures streamline the process to be an almost enjoyable event! If you are tired of paying a lot only to get basic service after a lot of effort on your part, let Dan show you the light!

The only problem I had last year was navigating the electronic signatures and other computer-related problems in delivering documents. I am getting too old (78) to learn all these new techniques and much prefer the older more personal methods of dealing with taxes.
