“We are from out of town but had 3 packages from Amazon to return. I looked to see if there was a location close, and this location popped up. Naturally, I looked at the reviews and was not looking forward to dealing with the "rude" staff. Well, all 3 ladies working there were incredibly friendly. One greeted me as soon as I walked in. Another, with a friendly tone, said they would be right with me since she and the other lady were obviously busy. As soon as they were done, she called me up. In today's world, it is hard to find good quality, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly customer service I received. Just have your package packed correctly and you'll have no problems.”

“Always have had polite great service. My mail always arrives at its destination in a very timely fashion across the US. Home delivery is great also. However a newer vehicle for home delivery would probably be appreciated by carrier. The old Jeep like vehicle does a lot of wheezing.”
