Richard PA was forthright in helping me in ER when I needed someone to see my nose. Was treated with respect & concern as senior, this is big A+ in my book!

My entire family has been going there for years.. but unfortunately we are all dissatisfied at this point. My brother has been suffering with not being able to urinate .. my mom wanted him to go to a urologist but the doctor there who was seeing him insisted that he just needed to kiegel lol! He finally got to go see the REAL doctor and had to have surgery to remove a ton of stones from his bladder! They pretty much just tortured him! Not ACCEPTABLE!!!!

I have been a patient at Pecos Valley Medical since 2006. I have always had a wonderful experience with everyone at clinic, very professional, caring, nice staff. I have never been disappointed till now that Presbyterian has taken over . The people that answer are very unprofessional. They like to argue when I'm the patient & know when I sent my prescription in & I keep in contact with my pharmacy about my medicine . A person could die by the time they answer or relate message the messages to clinic. I hate talking to people that answer for Prebysterian . People that know nothing about my health problem . I rather talk to the nice receptionist at clinic. A DIRECT LINE NOT ANSWERING SERVICE PEOPLE . VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PRESBYTERIAN HERE IN PECOS. PLEASE GET A DIRECT LINE BACK TO PECOS CLINIC. THIS IS SO STUPID. PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDS BEFORE NOT AFTER THEIR REFILLS EXPIRE . THANK YOU. PLEASE FIX THIS . Thinking of going elsewhere for my medical care even though I'd have to travel with a ride . PLEASE CONSIDER CHANGING TO DIRECT LINE TO CLINIC.

This is an edited review, several years after I posted my original one. The Yelp system wouldn't post my revised review, so I deleted it and am starting over. I've been a patient at PVMC since 2015. Both my husband and I receive our primary care at this clinic and drive 45 minutes to use their services. I used to see a nurse practitioner for my appointments, two of them recently retired so Dr. Steve Arsov is now my primary care physician. He takes time with me and listens, something not every doctor is good at. The facility is new with excellent design, the waiting area is comfortable. I've had zero problems or issues with the billing or care. I'm normally seen right on time. The staff are polite and efficient. There are onsite x-ray, lab draws (certain days and times), dental care (which I don't use so can't comment) and a pharmacy which is handy since going to my regular pharmacy is a very long drive. The clinic has recently been absorbed into the NM Presbyterian system, I have noted no changes in service or billing. This clinic is a godsend for those of us living in the area. It's much better than any of the urgent care shops in Santa Fe and the onsite pharmacy is very efficient and thorough. When I'm sick I really appreciate "one-stop services." I do recommend the clinic and cannot understand the negative reviews, as I have never had problem one at PVMC in the five years I've been a patient.

I had horrible care here with Dr. Quan. He needs to retire. Dosn't speak great english. He didn't go over my problems to help, & Was very vage about important questions. He didn't know the word intermittently. He Couldn't even cure a cold!! I also sa Caitlyn thomas rn she was ok, but forgot to refill important medicine for me. Save your time and money and get your medical care in Santa fe. This place is the worst medical clinic I have ever been!

I've been a patient of PVMC since 2011 and have loved them ever since. I saw Cynthia Rector (miss her madly), Sue and now Caitlyn- love them as well. I took a day off today to go up from Santa Fe because I feel terrible ( other words really apply but I don't want to be vulgar here) - I made an emergency appointment and was givin an appointment with my own doc at 11:40. After a consolation I was told of the Rx's that would be at my pharmacy in Santa Fe, so on my 30 minute commute back to town I stopped by Walgreens at Zia to see what was ready. I was given a grocery sack of drugs so I drove on. The most important Rx was the nighttime cough syrup but was not in the bag when I unpacked he bag and I immediately called the clinic. This was around 1 :00. They promised I would be called when the Rx was called in. I called 4 MORE times before 5 PM and NOTHING!! The last call was to the answering service, the were clear that NO Rx calls would be made to any provider until Monday morning. NOT ACCEPTABLE PVMC!!! I did what I had to do, why didn't you follow up?? Now it is off to urgent care- are you gunna pick up the tab??? I think so.....

The Pecos Valley Medical Center is a major resource for the Village of Pecos and folks nearby. This is NOT yet a major medical center that one would find in a larger city but it is great and sorely needed for the area. Generally there are at most only one or two doctors available but there are also the nursing and administrative staff. Expect a family doctor type of visit with friendly and helpful personnel. If you have something beyond the clinic's ability to handle, they are happy to provide referrals. The folks there have helped myself and my family with things like colds, sprained ankles, electrocardiograms, X-Rays, removal of small skin cancers etc.
