We stayed here with Rick for 3 months in our Travel Trailer, Rick was very accommodating and helpful during the whole stay. He was always prompt with filling our propane, making sure we got our mail and keeping things tidy around the park. If he isn’t in the office he’s more than likely working on something new around the park or just keeping it maintained. He also has a large storage area in the back, laundry, restrooms, a few airbnbs on site, a playground and a horse hotel! great views and no complaints.

I loved this place! I arrived just at sundown in late November without a reservation. As I pulled up to the office, some other late comers were on the phone with Rick, the owner, as he was off the property at the time. The other guests told him about my arrival and he advised I just pull in and I could pay in the morning. So thankful to get off the road after a long day.Site was super easy to pull in with my 40’ 5th wheel and hookups were conveniently located. After setting up I took my Yorkie on a walk around the park. As others have said it is very peaceful and quiet. As a single woman, I felt comfortable with the surroundings. So much nicer than staying in Albuquerque!Rick was very kind to knock on my door the next morning to let me know he had to leave the property, but would call me later to finalize my bill. I was definitely impressed and thankful for that kind of customer service with a great smile to boot! I will definitely stay again!

To be clear, we didn't actually stay here. All we did was drive up and turn around. However, I would love to stay there. The place looks absolutely fantastic! They even had a sign for a Horse Hotel ? Everything was clean, well laid out, easy to get around, and had lots of different amenities.

Very quiet and private park, I was In one of the small cabins and it was a good stay, beautiful night sky views as well as great landscape views during the day. The cabin is cozy but has everything you need, queen size bed, microwave, full size fridge, tv, wifi, heater, restroom heater.

$125/night?! That's absolutely insane. I'd rather boondock in Torrance County Park about 15 minutes away for free (and the cost of propane to run my generator of course).

This place is the worst! We made reservations at reserveamerica.com and were assigned a site. When we arrived, the site was unavailable due to construction. The place is ugly, dusty, treeless and the sites are very uneven. The manager didn't even bother to come down from his office, but yelled through the window. We demanded a refund and he agreed. Of course, he never refunded.

Rick was a wonderful host! I arrived late to a peaceful and spacious park where I simply wanted a quiet and safe place to sleep in my mini van over night. I enjoyed a clean bathroom and hot shower in the morning, and easily accessed the wifi. I also got the chance to appreciate how clean and well set up this privately owned property is with solar panels, horse stalls and little cabins during my nice long walk with my dog! This may be a regular stopover as I travel to see family in TX :)

Rick is a one man machine/owner/operator.. very nice guy.He planted trees…but they take a while to grow….very few trees at all in the area..he cant control that..Work crews live there also..big demandHe also carries propane and has horse stalls. The water connections are deep to protect from the freezing weather there.THANK YOU Rick for being such a hard worker and caring human..getting pretty rare these days.

We just stopped through for water, the owner greeted us with a smile and warm handshake and gladly extended courtesy and asked for no payment. I would gladly stay here if I had the opportunity. The negative review did not jive with what I observed. Clearly mostly nice campers visiting and I thought a very nice location. Highly recommend.
