“Can’t say enough great things about Gems. Traveling from Ca to Tx and had an issue with my van coming out of alignment which caused my tires to wear flat. 4 hours from home in a small city I thought we’d be stranded or have to risk limping it home. Gems treated us with nothing but professionalism and hospitality. Within 45 minutes they managed to get my steering straight, fix a previous mechanics mess with my tie rods and get us back on route. Fair priced and very knowledgeable mechanics. I wouldn’t even look for another shop if you’re having trouble in Moriarty. Thank you Gems”

“Our battery light came on as we were driving down interstate 40 on our way to Albuquerque from Houston. The radio screen in the car started flashing and the engine started to sound weird… I was terrified for my family as we prayed to just make it to the next exit! We were so grateful to make it to Wagon Wheel Tire & Auto where we were greeted by Charles. He helped to find the problem and connected us with another mechanic who would help us out faster than he could (they were backed up about three days…) He got a battery for us, replaced it and did a full diagnostic on our issue. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR CHARLES AND THIS MECHANIC SHOP. Thank you Charles for helping us out in what could have been one of the scariest moments for our family!”

“If you have ever seen a national lampoon movie, this is what we have been living the last two days. Everything that could possibly go wrong has gone very wrong. ?We started in Oklahoma and what was supposed to be a 10 hour trip has turned into a 20 hour trip because of the constant stops we have had to make due to our car over heating. We have a four year old little boy and even when we could drive the car a little ways, the ac was blowing hot air out. This is miserable with already being in the heat of the summer.We tried finding a place to go to this morning and stopped at 8 & 8 to see if they could do an oil change and coolant flush ( assuming this is the cause of our problems) they told us they don’t even do oil changes and sent us on our way. Our next hope was this business.They were extremely kind and although they were full, they still took the time to check out my car to see what the problem could be. They figured out our caps were bad and took the time to get us new caps regardless of their other projects. I can’t say enough good things about them. I appreciate the genuineness because you do not find that often today. 10/10!!!!!! Would come back a million times!!!”

“While traveling in our Motorhome from the East Coast, we had a major breakdown along I-40. West Truck Service took our call and immediately went to work to help us get back on the road. They were kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during a chaotic time for us. While we ended up needing to be towed to Albuquerque, Oliver and his team even took full care of our rig and got it all worked out with the towing company as well. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and should be recognized for top service. Would 100% recommend their services.”
