I called with questions in regarding if they towed from the area we live at to albuquerque because a dealership in albuquerque was claiming they couldn't find a towing company who was willing to tow from our area. Amber had answers and with the amazing help she provided to us we got it all taken care of. She made an already stressful situation less hectic to deal with. She showed concern and compassion about our situation the company (dealership) in albuquerque didn't show us.”
“We got ourselves stuck on Mt. Taylor. I couldn't get my car insurance app to work so was calling towing services that came up on Google. The first couple we called said they wouldn't come up because of the snow, even after we explained there was no snow where we were. We called Rowdy who said he could be there in 45 minutes. While we were waiting some good Samaritans came by and got us out. We called Rowdy to let him know and said we'd be glad to pay him for the time and expense he had already incurred. He congratulated us on getting out and said there wouldn't be any charge. Clearly a class act.”
