We got ourselves stuck on Mt. Taylor. I couldn't get my car insurance app to work so was calling towing services that came up on Google. The first couple we called said they wouldn't come up because of the snow, even after we explained there was no snow where we were. We called Rowdy who said he could be there in 45 minutes. While we were waiting some good Samaritans came by and got us out. We called Rowdy to let him know and said we'd be glad to pay him for the time and expense he had already incurred. He congratulated us on getting out and said there wouldn't be any charge. Clearly a class act.

Wow! what can I say? I was stuck in the median on I -40 during a snow blizzard no other tow service would even come out! Great service, Super friendly and generous. Was stranded an hour away from Albuquerque and not only did the owner tow our car but he gave my sister and I a ride into town. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the area.Service: Car towing

LISTEN UP!!!!! If you ever need towing, or and stalled car related issues please call Rowdy FIRST!!! I was stranded in a Tesla with a dead battery in freezing temperatures at 1a.m alone, and my provider called 3 other companies, one even told her to get me to get out of the car and walk to see the nearest mile marker or they wouldn’t come. Let me tell you from the moment I answered my phone with him telling me he was on his way, until the minute he dropped me off I felt like I was dealing with a family member in a strangers body. My mother's new KiA Sorrento broke down on Prewitt, NM the weekend after Thanksgiving.Our driver was trustworthy... he took care of us and our vehicle safely. I'm satisfied that my dealerships roadside assistance chose this company to come to our aid as we were hard to locate.Overall, we're really greatful because the drop-off location that Kia roadside assistance provided (which is an Albuquerque Kia dealership) was closed, but our driver didn't abandon us--he even drove an extra mile or two& took us somewhere we can settle-(which he didnt have to do)--most tow companies are strict on drop-offs & would try to take advantage.Getting stranded with a faulty vehicle sucked, but at least now we know a credible tow company like rowdy just in case we need help in the future.Services: Car towing

Gilbert is amazing! He was on another call and saw us along side the interstate and stopped to see if we needed assistance. We had been there for over 4 hrs trying to find help. Not only did he come back for us but, our situation was very difficult and he worked hid tukus off in the freezing rain and dark cold night without charging us extra or ever complaining. Had to call Rowdy’s Towing during a hunt after we got stuck. They came quickly and were great. They did everything just like I would have and got us out. They also made sure we got out and back on the road.Strongly recommend Rowdy’s anytime you need a tow in New Mexico

Big shout out to Gilbert with Rowdy Towing and Recovery. Broke down on I-40 and Gilbert came through in the clutch. Not only that, but he showed off some Superior driving skills when he dropped my car exactly where I asked him to. Even though it required backing into a tight fit in a dark area.If I have any towing needs going forward, I'm definitely calling on Rowdy Towing and Recovery and you should too!
