I might have spent a lot of money but it matches the amount of items we bought. Every Blue Moon we get an employee that we feel doesn't want to be there. They roll their eyes at every question asked by my children and they don't even bother to inform me of the deals. When I ask I get an attitude. There was no pressure at all, and over all it felt more akin to a personality test or a tarot card reading than a hat buying experience. I feel like I know more about myself at an almost spiritual level after buying my hat. I came in looking for a hat for summer field work, the extremely knowledgable sales man showed me about a dozen hats as I told him about my job and my life; but in the end I went with the one he pointed out in the first ten seconds that I entered the store.
