There are not enough words of praise for Wanda at Adventure Travel after our amazing trip to Italy! She choreographed 10 people from 4 different locations with air, hotels, trains, guides, excursions, vans and many more of even the smallest of details for 9 cities/sites over 10 days. She made it possible to connect with old family friends in a tiny little town west of Milan, which was the biggest blessing of all. We saw art, architecture, ancient statues, works of Michaelangelo and more - all with the best guides you could imagine. Restaurants, handmade sandals, train connections without a hitch, Limoncello, shopping, and more special memories than we all thought was possible - because of her planning and prep. This was our first trip overseas and she prepared it so there was no fear of where to go or how to get there. Not just for a couple, but for 10 of us!! Thank you Wanda! We'll be back for other family trips as well as our personal ones!

Would give Zero Stars. Agency refused to work with my developmentally disabled clients. Not willing to accept payments from a legally appointed Representative Payee to fund client's trips. Even though they were paid in full, well in advance of the previous trip planned, for one if my clients last year.

We asked for prices and assistance for a travel and it took forever to get a quote and we had a change in addition to a family member. I was told we would get another quote sent by the end of the day and still waitingDisappointed

Was trying to book our trip to Hawaii and while the package offer we received was ok, the moment I inquired about a modification she immediately seemed offended that I even questioned her and said "What? You don't like what I gave you???". It came off incredibly rude and judging by her responses to any other 'negative' reviews on here, that seems to hold true still. Rather than apologize for a poor experience and find out what could have been done better, she's quick to try and discredit or call out each one. Terrible experience and I'd recommend booking your dream vacation elsewhere with someone who is actually willing to work with you.

Absolutely the trip of a LIFETIME! Thank you Wanda! This was our 20th Wedding Anniversary 'bucket list' trip to Peru (To see Machu Picchu) and Colombia (for an incredible coffee tour). Absolute first class the entire way, and as this trip involved a LOT of moving parts (multiple flights, catching trains, etc) Wanda made SURE we knew exactly what we'd need to do and where to be through the entire journey. We're already planning our next adventure through this agency. The convenience of having a travel advocate doing all the 'hard work' with the planning helped us just relax and enjoy the ride. Cannot recommend highly enough! Once you use Wanda's service to plan a trip; you'll never go back to planning a trip on your own. She's WAY too kind, organized, helpful, and responsive to EVER bother planning trips myself online again. Make your life easier - book a trip with her!

Our family took a vacation through the interior of Alaska. The staff at Adventure Travel in Las Cruces was tasked to provide us with a trip of a lifetime. We spent 10 days traveling from Anchorage to Seward to Talkeetna to Denali and the final destination was Fairbanks. Adventure Travel was attentive to every step of the process from booking the flight the hotel rooms and all the excursions. I truly believe this trip would not have been as great as it was without their help. Thank you to all the staff and owners of Adventure Travel in Las Cruces New Mexico.

I am so excited! We just finalized the details for another trip that Wanda and her crew helped us plan. We have asked Wanda to help us with 4 great trips already and they were awesome! She helped find both tours and individual trips. Our journeys were perfect. She had all the travel details ironed out, all the instructions on where to meet guides, suggestions for special restaurants, how to get from place to place and even suggestions about packing for us. All we had to was get to the airport or train station and have fun! No stress, no worries... Wanda takes care of all that. It is the PERFECT way to travel. Now I am anticipating another Adventure!

Worst customer service ever. Owner was rude and demeaning. I do not recommend her services! Find another travel agency in Las Cruces. She will try to scam you out of money.

I chose against trusting this travel agency; now, I’m warning against trusting this travel agency. They were strangely stubborn in their desire to have me fill out their overly simplistic client information/intake form—I was unable to open it and fill out the form, and I told them that. So instead, I sent them all the same information—everything—in a response email. They received that email and all my information, but never called me back. In my follow up call to them, they again told me they couldn’t take me on as a client unless I completed the form, even knowing I did not have the means to do so. That’s a strange indignation I don’t feel represents my better interests. Feels like someone probably could have just copied my information and pasted it into the client information/intake form, if they really cared to actually assist me.Their response? I never filled out the client information form (duh), so they never had a chance to assist me. Therefore this review is just slanderous. To be expected from a company that very much seems like they don’t care about their clients. I definitely made the correct decision.
