I dropped my car off to have parts replaced. It was returned 3 months later with the following problems:-My vehicle was stored outside with the driver window open, filling it with dirt.-The glove compartment was busted open and no longer closes.-My electrical system is shot, and I no longer have a working alarm system, headlights, or hazard lights.I spoke to Victor one day, and he was very apologetic, and all he could offer was to replace the glove compartment. After following up with him a couple of days later, he got nasty and said he wasn't going to do anything to help at all, and I should go to another shop. So I did.

Did water pump and timing-belt wasn't told about the idler pulley. I did 60mils driving belt starts rubbing against timing cover than falls off. Take it to a backyard mechanic n says it was idler pulley so I had him change that and do the heads because y take it to the same place and do a bigger job if they f***** up the 1st time. I get my car back with stripped screws and ripped knock sensor. By this time I'm frustrated n I decide to fix a knock sensor my self and took it back to victors automotive for timing belt adjustment... old man says "I'll help u out for $80". I do the service than price goes $120 than old f*** says it wasn't his responsibility because the valves would've bent if it was his fault.... Look I'm not a master mechanic but don't b******* me. Instead of a simple apology you want to be a little b**** and blaming others and get offended just because I decided to buy a repair book since I can't seem to count on any damn mechanic in Las Cruces NM, or in El Paso TX. BUY the repair book n do it yourself if u mess up congratulations you're at the same level as a master mechanic in Las Cruces, New Mexico, or in El Paso Texas.
