I always enjoy visiting here. It is a beautiful place, with beautiful scenery, on a lake in the mountains. I haven't stayed in a room at the inn for the last 20 years, so I cannot comment on that. (It was nice when I did many years ago.) This is the first time I have left the casino with absolutely no winnings. ? But I still had a good time, as I usually do. Non-smoking. The gaming rooms are very clean, and the staff were friendly enough. Multilevel garage parking with elevators. A gorgeous view out the giant lobby windows overlooking the lake! I highly recommend visiting if for nothing else but enjoying mountain air and scenery, and exposure to the local native culture!

The restaurant, Wendell's, is reputed to be good. I got a table and waited. No server showed up. I finally left.

This is a very nice place. The culture and the surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. The service needs some effort, but you feel so relaxed it's easy to be a little extra patient.

The Assistant manager Shal, on the last few visits has been very accommodating and helpful in every way to make our experience in the sports bar special.

First time I have ever had complaints beginning with the rudeness of the woman when I made my reservations to the intolerable rudeness of what appeared to be a supervisor in the spirit club. The room was fine, except the bed need to reflect.One side is completely crushed down if you make the mistake of rolling on to that side.You're not going to get back up on the other side without getting out of bed and walking around. The last two visits, the kiosks have not worked.The cards have not been recognized.Which is why?I went to the spurt club in the first place, only to have the medium height, dark haired Anglo appearing person be rude to me both Thursday night and Friday morning. I don't have his name.He didn't feel like volunteering it, and I couldn't read his name tag. I checked out and left early this morning.I have never had such a horrible experience there. The one fantastic, bright spot is Dwight In the broken arrow restaurant, he is a gem and I hope they appreciate him!
Rooms: Normally good, but not so much this time. The bed is just absolutely worn out on one side where the phone is.
Safety: No problems with safety but locking the patio door is tricky.
Food and drinks: Food are drinks are good and affordable if you avoid Wendells, you are paying for the name not the quality.
I recommend The Broken Arrow Taproom, great food and service.

What a beautiful, magical, peaceful experience this was! The only downside is that we didn't stay an extra day!! We'll be back, thanks a million for the hospitality and the breathtaking views!!

Absolutely love the location of this place tucked away in the mountains and away from the monotony of the city and traffic. It's truly the all in one hotel.
Rooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable it's nice to get away from all the city noises.
Walkability: Very nice inside and outside this is a very nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery and the people.

Horrible Check in experience, we got there supposedly to Check in at 3:00 but we get there at 4:00 and then they said they didnt guarantee Check in time. We waited for two hours and they didnt Care to let us know when ready. Very rude prople even The one they said it was The manager. Not Recommended.
Rooms: It haf a great view. Thats all. Bad Check in experience

Wow what a great hotel. Spacious rooms and off season rates was awesome to. Beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave. The only thing we would have liked was having a microwave in the room too. No use taking left overs from a great restaurants at this location, if you can't heat them up. The valet service was wonderful. We forgot something in the second day and they weren't upset about bringing it to us twice that day. They great thing is they've made it easy to get to. Instead of one long drive in. We only had one disappointment. We visited all three casinos in the area. We had fun at the other two, win a little, lose a little it was great. We had no expectations of taking any money out (and we didn't) but it was fun. We both played in your casino and only once won anything. It was $20 and of course we let it run. After $200 in less then an hour we got bored and went to a different one. Guys you've got everything going for you, but your slots are to tight. Never winning anything ever. Well. Not fun.

I was at the party club and the waitress was being rude even tho I was leaving 25% to 50% every time she brought us or items. Then she cut us off from drinking when she was getting her friends drunk. I love the place but the waitress chose who to serve.
