This place is extremely small and there is no bar. They have one server that will go around and take your orders, but they are extremely show. We were there for two hours and was only served one time.

This is our 2nd time here. We LOVE it. Th DJ plays anything you want and all types of music. The crowd always seems fun and as far as we've seen it doesnt get oo rowdy. We will definitely be coming back every time we are in town.

I cannot express how amazing the staff is at the Inn Spa. They all truly made my wedding a beautiful day. They made me feel gorgeous from beginning to end. They were so accommodating and kind! Jessica & Mozie help me and my family as soon as we walked in the door. They answered all of our questions and treated us like family. Candee & Shylo did an incredible job on our hair & makeup. We also received massages the day prior from Alana & Heather. I highly recommend these staff members if you need someone to help you relax and look beautiful on special day.

We ate the breakfast and lunch buffets once each on our recent trip. We found the place very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. The food at each was plentiful and very good. A huge selection to choose from and everything was top notch. Will look forward to coming back again next year. Thank You.

Our stay was September 8-10, 2019. Our room on the 7th floor was very nice and the view of the lake, golf course and mountain was outstanding. The service in the Broken Arrow Taproom was lacking and the good fair at best. That said the breakfast and dinner in Wendell's was very good. The service was better but food turn around times were slow. The grounds are well maintained and the golfing was great. We attempted to go into the casino but the cigarette smoke was so overwhelming we just went back to the room. Overall the best service, professionalism and pleasant attitude was from Joe the person taking our bags to our room and getting the golf clubs out of the car the second day. We do plan to return for the golf and relaxation.

Eh, it's a bit old now. Not too friendly either. Not bad certainly, just not inviting.

The rooms are furnished comfortably. The furniture shows quite a bit of wear. The AC does NOT work in 651. We were exhausted & just wanted to sleep. Good thing it was somewhat cool outside. The casino was okay. No alcohol allowed on the casino floor but smoking was permitted. The meals we ate were okay but pricey. The waitstaff were on their game. Over all our stay was okay. Probably won't be back though.

I needed to have my hair done and only wanted the hair product I use and had to seek it out. Well the Inn's Spa (which opened last October) had my color product so I called and got an appointment with Millie, who handles the scheduling, and went in today. I met with Dealyn, the stylist who was delightful, and pretty much a scientist if you ask me. She deals with all kinds of clients (usually hotel guests and walk ins) and has to basically figure out what their color "formula" is and make it work in her salon. Well that is basically what she had to do with me as well. I give her a great deal of credit as she was able to achieve a wonderful match of my existing color and highlights and did a wonderful job on my color! The salon is VERY clean and they take great pride in keeping it that way! They also have a nice selection of hair products to choose from within their store. Also they have many other services ie massage, manicures, pedicures, facials etc. So do check that out as well! I will definitely go back and refer her to several others that I know!

Rude workers appear to dislike their job. We didn't stay long. The casino is nothing special so don't expect much. I have been to numerous places & staff is much nicer. Won't spend a penny here

OMG! This was my first time to Ruidoso. What a beautiful place to spend vacation. We had 5 wonderful, peace-filled days. The respite is quite big, but the owners have managed to maintain a peaceful ambience. We found the best place to rest, relax, reengage as a couple and unwind at the chairs looking out the back of the hotel. We had a great time in the casinos, at Ski Apache zip lining and hiking, the Blue Lotus for an afternoon of spa treatments and yoga, shopping downtown and making a little money in the casino. I look forward to returning at some point. Thank you for great service and care for our stay.

Came to the Snoop concert yesterday and it was a DISASTER! It was the most disorganized concert ever! Parking was a nightmare and.a lot of people waited in line for hours and barely made it in or didn't make it in at all! It was the worse concert experience ever! Total waste of money and time! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!! #RIPPEDOFF!!

We regularly come to the Inn. It's one of our favorite places but this last trip to see Snoop Dogg was awful. I bought tickets when they first released and got a room for two nights. That alone is around $1000 not to mention all the food alcohol and gambling we do there. I would go as far to say the concert was a scam. I actually didn't talk to a single person that saw the whole show. The entire crowd was livid. They had an entrance with maybe one or two people scanning tickets for a line that was literally a mile long. We were in line two hours early and still missed the show. Snoop only played for an hour. As he was getting off stage they were still scanning tickets to get in. They knew the show was sold out and very very poor planning went into how this show would work. If stadiums can get people in with ticket scanners I'm sure this casino can figure it out. I went to go see how long the line was and was on the outside of the metal fence. From there you could maybe see the very top of a TV screen. Was rudely asked by a female employee whose job was to stand in a gap by the fence if I had a ticket. I offered to show her. She demanded we return to line even though we were just checking to see how much further we had to go. At the time the concert was over 3/4 over. At one point people basically just started pushing through the gate so they let a mass amount of people in... to see the last two songs. What a joke. Whoever's job is to plan events needs to be replaced. It was insulting and potentially dangerous to guests. I will never come to a show here ever again. I'll be requesting money back for my tickets and my room cost.

Understandably businesses have hours. However, my husband and i were at Inn of the mountain gods (have been customers for years). We love relaxing here. There were no more tables in the big game/ connected to club 49. They even have a door open. Which was unlocked and we noticed people coming in and out so we decided “hey there are tables there, let's go sit down there since it's the only place to sit†we go, sit down, have bought our beverages. Had been sitting for about 2 minutes. It is 8:54. A lady comes up to us and makes us leave and tells us they do not open until 9:00pm! I'm sorry, but if i were an owner, good customer service would be to just allow us 2 being the only ones in the room to sit for the remaining 6 minutes. We give this place a lot of business and were conversating quietly. I could totally understand if big game had several seats open. Or if we were out of line. But we are always respectful and simply just wanted to sit and they gave the impression they were open, being so Close to opening time. It was very rude/embarrassing in my opinion. I will not go in there again.
