It is a packed Family Dollar store and it has stuff to save a trip to Carlsbad. It does have basic food needs and other basic needs. Anorexia, ADHD, severe pain, insomnia, depression, rapid weight loss and more... 7 days a week, if you walk out the front doors and wait a few minutes you're bound to run into one of the local street pharmacists with a limited selection of off brand medications, usually for a reasonable price.
