If you're going to lock stuff up you better make sure you've got somebody to be able to unlock it. What is the point of a store that doesn't have purchasable merchandise? All I wanted was a $5 package of batteries, but you made it inconvenient enough that I will go somewhere else to get them.

I went in for the updated Pfizer covid vaccine. They gave me the older Moderna vaccine. The one I got 5 months ago. Never use Walgreens for vaccinations. Cvs is much more professional and easier to use

Absolutely terrible. The pharmacists are extremely rude and do not explain anything. Either no communication between pharmacists or they just don’t like me. I have been told over and over different dates when I could pick up an RX. First they told me even if my doctor called it wouldn’t change anything. Then they told me if the doctor called I could get it early. My doctor called and I got a notification through the Walgreens App and when I went to the pharmacy they lied about it and said my doctor didn’t call. The pharmacist said I must have initiated an early refill through the app. This is impossible, the patient cannot initiate an early refill. This has lead me to file a complaint with the board of pharmacy for misleading lying and personal attacks on the patient / customer. I have the biggest opportunity of my life and needed to get my RX two days early so I could go out of town and they are making it hell. But a close family member of mine is on the board of pharmacy so my complaint will be taken seriously. To top it off it looks like the pharmacist lied about their name!!! Walgreens you have some cleaning to do.

This Walgreens is horrible. I have asked 6x times to stop automatic refills and they just keep doing it. The manager is rude and evidently does not put customers first. I had issues with her about a covid booster shot. While discussing the issue she made one last commentand walked away.horrible!!!

I am five days post opt. I went to Walgreens on Osuna to get some over the count of medication. I am high risk for infection and had a mask on. A customer approached me in the store and started harassing me about wearing a mask stating that masks were ineffective and why was I wearing one. I was there with my sister who asked him to leave us alone, to which he responded it was a free country. We swiftly informed the pharmacist that we were being harassed and needed some help. The plea went unanswered. We found him in line next where he stared us down. We asked for the store manager. He simple stated that these were the times we live in. Nope, any other store would have quickly escorted him out and possibly ask him not to return. I am 100 percent sure if a man was with us, he would not have approached. Buyer beware! They could give a rip if you are being harassed under their watch.

Worst pharmacy to get Covid/flu vaccine. I had an appointment at 9:45 and couldn't make it to the store on time. I went at 11, and Angelica, the pharmacy technician, told me I could not reschedule at the store or do a walk-in, and there was no phone signal inside the store. I walked outside to find out that every slot for the day was open, but it only allowed me to reschedule at 12. I made my new appointment and walked back inside; I asked Angelica if there was a chance to get the vaccine earlier, and she said no because there were many appointments before me. I pointed to her THAT THE STORE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. I had to wait until 12 and fill out all the paperwork I filled out online again because it was 'incomplete.' It took 3 minutes for the outstanding pharmacist Ms. Lisa to give me the two shots, and I was then able to leave. It's frustrating to find people that do not help, and it does not surprise me that our state vaccination rates aren't the highest. I will not be returning to this store.

I usually have good experiences here, but when my husband went in for a covid shot today all four of the chairs to wait were occupied. The chairs are arranged shoulder to shoulder in a pandemic! My husband is severely immune suppressed and not terribly strong. He sent in prefilled in forms so he wouldn't have to wait but they lost the forms. They wanted him to stand up while trying to fill out forms. I also, as a senior citizen, have also had to try to fill forms there standing up. Luckily some lovely other senior citizen moved her chair far from the others and offered him her seat because after 15 minutes of standing he was ready to pass out. Please fix your chair situation. People are trying not to get sick and your poorly arranged waiting area is a health hazard!!! So one star for today's experience, although generally speaking I'm happy with the service I get there.
