Maaike is wonderful and a true delight! Very professional, knows her products through and through and takes time to get to know her customers and listens to them so they can find a scent and product that works for them! You'll quickly see they've got the highest quality, and most thoughtfully crafted scents. The staff are guaranteed to improve your day. After buying gifts and personal care, I was surprised how reasonable it was, and bought more. The tin candles of vivid New Mexico scents are premium to send to homesick friends when wanting to send something small. And they're happy to help me "shop like a dude" and select for me, which is great because they have an abundance of wonderful things to choose from. I'll be back soon!

I called this shop to ask if they knew of anyone that offered soap making classes and Maaike ( owner) was so very helpful and so so very nice! She said some people have been asking about soap making classes ? She said she didn’t know of anyone! But she did tell me to sign up for her news letter and maybe one day she would have soap making classes. I’ve always wanted to learn to make soap but I’m really scared of the lye she told me” don’t be scared just use protective gear! She gave me some very good advice!! I’d Love to have her do soap making classes ❤️

Maaike and her soaps are my absolute favorite! I have yet to try a scent I didn’t like and there are always so many options to choose from. Current seasonal Caramel Apple Cider is to die for! The shampoo bars are also something I 10/10 recommend. From vegan and goat milk based soap options to the never-ending activism and support Maaike strives to provide within her community while uplifting others, I will never cease to be amazed. Soap and good vibes! ❤️

We live in Tucson but have been ordering soaps from Maaike since we found her at an ABQ farmers market three years ago. They're just our favorite anywhere. We especially love all the Northern New Mexico inspired scents. The fragrances are not too strong or artificial, and the texture is perfectly creamy. But most important: the shampooch is the absolute best dog soap we've ever used, and everyone we give it to or who smells our dogs agrees. Every time my brother uses it, he texts to tell me he can't stop sniffing his dog. He also says it's the best gift I've ever given him, which is funny because it's probably the most affordable gift I've ever given him. But, hey, that's good soap!
