Rough. A number of machines out of order. I loaded a dryer with coins. Dryer, sadly, wasn't heating. No way to get coins back or refund as no one on site as manager/employee/supervisor.

Machines were overflowing. Floor was a mess. No attendant did anything about it. A number if machines were non-operational. Aisles narrow and inadequate seating. Volume of electronic games was too high. I can still hear Galaga in my head.

Actually this is my favorite laundry in town.However if you see these people, please thank them for taking a handicapped spot that could have saved a disabled Army vet a few steps in pain that I wish I could share.

Dropped my clothes off for their wash and fold service. They coincidentally lost my expensive pair of pants and did not return them. The person on the text message pretended to not know what the pair looked like. Very unfortunate but it has broken my trust with this small business and I am unable to return.

Unfortunately our dryer gave out at home I been coming here for about 3 years on & off owner is very nice & he keeps this place so clean! I love how I can dry my stuff in peace and it doesn't cost much at all it's close to home and there is a snack machine and cute set up ?

Horrible experience. They didn't do my laundry at all and didn't answer so I went to the laundry mat. Put In 0000 as the code where I left my belongings and was able to get them ???!! So you can put 0000 and access Any locker as long as Amy hasn't gotten to it so he careful about stolen belongings very ghetto and unprofessional I took my clothes in yesterday at 2:00pm and was told they would be done by morning no response all day not even a heads up about being late. Ridiculous and unprofessional

It's quiet but more importantly it's clean. Ten minute walk from my house, so exercise and laundry, can't beat it hahaha
