“I'm a New Mexico native and I only recently went to Duran's for the first time a month ago! I've gone back since and brought my family because I knew they'd like it. I've had the frito pie both visits and it is a very tasty dish - even my picky 13 year old loved it! My family also really enjoyed the giant flour tortillas with butter. We order 2 for the table and it was more than enough for 5 of us. The shop is awesome with so many interesting and unique items. I've had to spend money each time I've gone. The staff is also very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the restaurant side is too small!”

“Quality medicine. I have an asthmatic cat who suffered on and off for years on the pills from the vet. She also ballooned up in weight. Got the medicine compounded here and she has lost the weight, hasn’t had an asthma attack in years now, and she’s back to her old self. Another cat with painful faucitis inflammation in the gums lives a comfortable life free of pain from the daily medication we give him from Olive Tree. The owner is a very lovely person who cares. If you need special or specific medication, and you want it to be the best, look no further.”
“This station has adequate room for vehicles unlike most. Had to wait for only one vehicle to get a pump. They were dumping trash when we were there. Pumps and clean and worked adequately.”

“Karl the pharmacy manager and Yvette a new pharmacist are wonderful. I have been fuming mad that my Dr can't get my prescriptions right. They always calm me down by listening to me and trying really hard to get my meds from the broken UNMH system. The other pharmacist have always been good but sometimes appear to be mad at me as though I could fix the problems.”

“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”

“The main complaint about this location is their cafe. The pizza was undercooked and somewhat tasteless. I ordered a salted pretzel, but it arrived cold and unsalted. I'm not sure if the app doesn't translate orders to their system correctly or what.”
“I worked there for 7 months as a contractor...Everything was amazing and Robbie is a great Manager and so is Angelina ....I was let go because of something my cousin did and i was working 60 hour weeks....I dont know why I was just let go for just one incident......That hurt me hard...so My experience be prepared to work and the managers are 5 star. “I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years now. In ALL of that time, not ONCE have I EVER been treated badly, disrespected or anything of the sort!In fact, my experience has been the exact opposite! Every single person who works there are amazing, wonderful and kind people. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Now, even my grown children come to this place. I can't begin to count how many times they have saved my bacon, and have been absolutely supportive of my varying illnesses over the years!!They've been so patient when I've come in grumpy from not feeling well. With this place, you don't need to go anywhere else!! You get to feel like family here. And, me and my kids absolutely do!!I can't say enough good things about ALL of the employees here. “I've chosen this CVS over all the other ones for multiple years both because of the pharmacists ALWAYS going the extra mile for me and my husband and because of the consistency of them doing so even though they have gone through so many pharmacists. I Don't like how the company has cut the hours of needed staff and a required pharmacist on duty down to bare bones. I don't mind that they have a lunch break now but it simply means that there aren't enough people there working and there are days when they need that staff. It's pretty predictable too. First and last days of the week. But my like for this CVS doesn't matter when it comes up against what my insurance will cover and Presbyterian Centennial is dropping all CVS pharmacies at this time.”
“Stopped in quickly to get some dental floss and we were immediately greeted by an employee rudely asking me if I had a membership card. I was quick to point out to my friend who did. Was able to find what we we needed and headed in and out in a flash. Cashier who helped us was nice but really couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke in a very low tone so we had to ask her to speak up. Definitely would have been a five star experience other than the experience we had with both of the employees.”
