Mortgage department agent disconnected the call when I asked for the phone number for Ginny Mae and despite having all my personal information chose not to call me back. This is typical for the lousy customer service I received in over 6 years of business with this bank.

I was with Bank of America for 20+ years and without no notification, they CLOSED my acct. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this Bank. I couldn’t get my funds out. Left me broke for 2 weeks, that’s how long I have to wait to get my funds. They deserve NO Stars. They maybe be friendly but not the one in the Corporate Office.

I recently visited the ATM machine located at this branch (with my payroll card) and I attempted to withdraw some cash, after a minute the machine cancelled my transaction and I attempted it again and was successful the second time around, I then pulled forward and checked my bank info and it had charged my account twice. I went into this location and was told by one person that it had happened to another person the day before but they couldn't help me. They said to call my bank which I did and filed a dispute. My bank was not getting a reply so I have reached out several times and at one point I was told there's nothing that Bank of Albuquerque can do. I then asked "do you just keep my money"? And the guy said that he don't know. I've asked several times during phone calls to please speak to the manager or give me the corporate number and they won't allow either when I tell them my name. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful just because I am not their customer. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone and I definitely will not be seeking their help on my home purchase next year. The way they've treated me will be shared With anyone and everyone that I know. They will not keep my money! I will hire an attorney if I need to.
