On your busiest day whoever's in charge of hiring needs to hire more people cuz for the first of the month you had three tellers and only one lane open and I stood in line just to find out I didn't have what I needed. So I'd have to stand in line for another 20 or 30 minutes. Again, you need to hire more people if you have that many tellers desks. That's how many people should be working there. Nobody should have to wait that long to go to the bank, especially when it's like the only Wells Fargo in Los lunas. It's not on the teller. It's on whoever is hiring

With all this covid19 situation I understand that we are all stressed out but one of my associates went thru the window to make a money order the lady asked if she could fill the paper to make the transaction my associate does not know how to fill it and asked for help to fill it the lady sarcastically told her no that she must fill it her self this has never happened before so my associate asked to get her money back and left this is really unacceptable will take this to higher management they must not have employees that treat their customers this way!!!!!!

Just waited in line for 13 minutes, just to get up to the lane to be told that they were closed at 4, even though I was waiting 13 minutes in line before they closed and that they already sent out a “sticky” to the last person and my lanes “sticky” had already been sent in. Terrible system if they are ignoring the customers that had been waiting well before closing. Please change your system so that people who have a hard time making it to the bank because they work at a bank themselves can actually get what they need done, when they in fact DO make it before closing. Terrible customer service at this location.

Waiting in line for over an half an hour just to make a deposit. I think you should have more tellers waiting in the 5 lanes outside during this time. It’s not like Wells Fargo can’t afford it

Wow we went to the drive up and the girl in there sent someone else's I'd and bank card to us and had to keep getting things from us!! The worst banking we have ever been to so far in New Mexico and we have been to a few states on the west coast; we were there about 10:10 am..
