Many times actually more often than not I put in for a refill and get an Email back saying that there's a delay without telling me the reason for the delay. Most recently (November the 21st) I had a tooth extracted and the dentist had to literally cut through bone and tissue to get it out. Needless to say this was extremely painful so she gave me a prescription for Ibuprofen to help with the pain. The prescription was for 40 pills with the instructions to take one pill every six hours for the pain. Being that it was eight days ago I'm down to my last handful so the doctor sent in a refill request for me after she removed the stitches yesterday. Once again I received an Email from the Pharmacy stating that there was a delay but it gave no reason for the delay. I called the Pharmacy today and was informed that they couldn't refill the prescription until December the 8th because I should have had enough medication to last until then. That's 18 days (from November the 21st) and my question is how are 40 pills supposed to last 18 days if the instructions say to take four per day? I'm no math major but 18 multiplied by 4 equals 72 not 40. Needless to say I just told the representative to forget about the refill as I'm in pain now and won't need the relief by December the eighth. Whatever happened to common sense?

I was in the pharmacy today to pick up some meds with my grandma and as was being helped there was a lady named Kristina who came in being rude and telling off one of her coworkers acting really negative in front of everyone and being rude to other customers then just walked off. And that wasn’t the end of it she ended up being rude with me and grandma as well for no apparent reason. My grandma and I were really disappointed of her attitude towards us and how we she seen her treating her other co worker too. This experience was horrible not to just me but especially my grandma. This lady just gave us an experience that was horrible if she hates her job so much she should not be doing it all making everyone else and there days just horrible.

Walmart pharmacy would be great if the stay open until 8 or 9pm. Right now 7pm is to early to close.

I just switched my prescription to this location and wow! Everyone I have dealt with has been so pleasant. I've worked with Marissa several times in particular and she is so friendly and professional!

Wont ever come back here for medication. I just moved here recently, tried to get a medication refilled, every time I called or showed up the rules change and now they won’t fill it. This is after being told by the pharmacist himself and my old Walmart pharmacist say it would be fine. A complete joke. Guess I’ll be filling back at Walgreens.

The pharmacist are always pleasent. They take the time to explain all the medicines and there side effects. They text you when your script is ready to pickup and when a script needs refilled

We have gone three different days to get our sons medicine. They keep saying they have it, then they just don't. They also keep saying it's over the counter. It's not, we have had many conversations with his doctor and them about how it used to be over the counter and now requires a prescription. We will be switching. This is ridiculous.

We only come here when we need to get certain items as the prices for them I are sometimes cheaper here. Customer service was great today Zachary was a cashier and was pleasant and professional.
