Store employees are ALWAYS great, pharmacy not so much! Had to go back 3x due to errors on my meds, employee interactions are zombie like. Maybe they're just overworked, but acknowledging their errors would've been great. And what's with the tinted window at the drive thru? Can't even see who you're talking to and don't know if anyone is there until you hear a voice....

Although the store is clean and well maintained. The pharmacy is ridiculously slow, 30-45 minutes in line with few people in font of you just to pick up, weather it be in store or drive thru. Is a bit much. I'm sure they have tons of orders to fill but they need a different structure for them.

I see why this location has so many BAD REVIEWS. I made an appointment 2 days ago for a vaccine. I get to my appointment ONLY TO BE TOLD my vaccine is not available. NO ONE CONTACTED ME to inform me. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Apparently NO ONE CARES about customer service at this location. Hopefully they will be out of business very soon

Nice store have my scrips there. Gets very busy so try for off hrs to pick up scripts. They have a movie red box.

Attention to detail? I had my girl go pick up a prescription that included a nebulizer. Clerk hands her the bag through the drive thru. She asks is he made sure the nebulizer was included, he said yes. She checked, small box was in there, she had no idea what or how big it was and assumed it was the small box that was actually the albuterol Rx. 30 minute drive back home...No nebulizer...30 minute drive back. Wonder how many scripts he's screwed up??

Waited a while to get locked up Tylenol. When the guy arrived, he said "ok, let me get the key".... waited a while again then had to turn around because you can only checkout at photos

I got poor customer service as usual this evening. This is the norm!! I waited over half an hour in line. When I got to the counter, only 4 of 5 prescriptions were ready!!!! So I wait for the 5th prescription to be filled & you only had half my prescription. I was told to return tomorrow for the rest of my prescription!!! This happens every month!!! This year I needed thyroid meds and didn't get them for over 3 weeks!! Horrible place!

Lady with black hair on front like a dog ears is very rude almost attacked customer with her big mouth before ever customer open mouth . Very bad experience imagine whet they will to do vaccines on people stabbing you with needles to your bone. She is very unhappy working there why she will not quit??? This is question

Rotating lunch schedule would be useful....instead of closing the pharmacy everyday for 30 minutes. Garbage GARBAGE STORE!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! UTTER GARBAGE!!!! Straight up hot Garbage. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, WHAT A DISGRACE.The only difference between this hole and a dollar general is that you have to go inside to get your drugs, that is, if they are in stock, or ready.If you like long lines, substandard employees, zero customer service, delayed medications, spending hours on hold, getting hung up on after being on hold, and overpriced products that you could buy right next door for half the price, then this is the place for you.GARBAGE STORE FILLED WITH GARBAGE EMPLOYEES.

Pharmacy hours online do not correspond to actual phamacy hours. Multiple times I show up when they are supposed to be open and they are not. Multiple times I had different prescriptions that were not ready in time. When I asked to talk to the pharmacist I had to wait forever only to have them respond with a shrug and a "I dunno" when asking why I've gone days without taking my pills that I am supposed to take every day

Simply Great!!!!! Excellent service, professional employees, high quality products. I particularly like how well automated their customer service processes is.
