What the point of a pharmacy in having a phone when don't answer or pick up and put you on hold. Really need my meds but they seem like theu don't care. Going to the hospital before you get meds here

They have none of my prescriptions in stock but they won't disclose that where everything appears normal and progressing in the app until the expected time and then whoops "we are running behind schedule". Every other pharmacy app will tell you if its out of stock immediately. Worthless.

They do not deserve 1 star. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They tell you a prescription is ready. You go there and they have nothing ready. You try to transfer it somewhere else and they won't transfer it. They won't fill anything until you're standing in the store. I'd honestly rather go without my prescription than use this store again.

Wasted a trip today to pick up a prescription. I checked the pharmacy hours beforehand but arrived during a pharmacy lunch break that is not listed on their website. When I returned the pharmacy line was extremely long. Happily, I was not in a hurry for my prescription. I will come back another day with a folding stool and a book to make the wait endurable. I have switched most of my prescriptions to a mail-order service but still must use Walgreen's for one-time medications.

Wort customer service to date. Untrained clerk and two other employees just watching him from 50 feet away. What a shame. The Untrained employee will never get better and the other two are worthless.

Rudest employees ever. Lights are all on, doors are open, cars in the lot, people walking in and out; I walk in with my son and the employee sitting on her butt on the cash register counter looks at me and says "you have like A minute" putting emphasis on "A". She didn't say this to the people who walked in right in front of me. So I turned around and walked out. This employee follows us out and stands next to the garbage can watching us until we got to our truck and got in. I don't know what her deal is, but she lost customers in my family.

This is based on the Pharmacy. I waited almost 90 minutes in the drive through line other day. There were perhaps 6-7 cars in front of me so that tells you how slow it was moving for it to take that long with that few vehicles. On top of that they didn't walk through the usage of the new prescription which I thought is standard practice. It also takes 3-4 days for them to even fill a prescription. I have never had any other pharmacy take more than 24 hours.

I talked to a lady about getting all my prescriptions changed from a ABq store to this Los Lunas store. 45 minutes and guess what??? Nothing was changed. No prescriptions ready. Don’t waist ur time with Walgreens. Awful company and even worse employees.

This review is based on my pharmacy experience. I’ve had a prescription that’s been delayed for over a week. I was told a few days ago that the prescription would be ready today. I also had another prescription that was supposed to be ready two days ago but it still wasn’t.I tried to call the pharmacy to follow up on the prescriptions because they still weren’t ready. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through on the phone for an hour, so I hung up. Later, I tried calling and still, no answer (I let it ring because the automated operator said I was next in line for a rep to take my call, 45 minutes later I gave up).Afterwards, because I couldn’t get through on the phone, I went into the pharmacy to ask my questions. I asked one of the techs if their phone line was working because I tried calling two times today. She told me they were so busy that they weren’t answering the lines. In the background I could hear their phone ringing but they weren’t answering. There were no people waiting in line when I went into the pharmacy. I was seen quickly. They didn’t seem extremely busy to me. Disappointed in their customer service. There are other Walgreens pharmacies that do not operate like this. They really should be taking calls.
