I go for a number of different reasons to ship things, make copies, to shred, to buy products such as stamps and envelopes etc. Such friendly staff and everything needed is in stock. I really enjoyed the poster tube in case if I need to use that feature. Lastly I like how we can print emails and or scan and fax items that gets my stuff done. Store is very clean and organized

The store manager is a rude old lady, she yelled at me and it’s unacceptable the way i was treated. Don’t come to this store unless you want to feel disrespected

Why do these people have to be so rude? The only place around that I know of that will take Amazon Prime returns so I have no choice but to visit. The lady working the counter is very rude for absolutely no reason at all.

Not a customer friendly location...employees are neither friendly, nor customer service oriented. And this seems to be the norm, from reading the other reviews. I've been talked down to, instead of talked to about store policies, procedures and operations. Customers are not all going to be well versed, knowledgeable, on services provided, pricing, and the proper procedures, and often times need courteous assistance, but the staff is not, in the least, understanding, not empathetic, not pleasant nor politely attentive to their customers. And management seems to condone the attitudes of their employees. Treat customers as well as, or better than, you would want to be treated.

I’m leaving and getting a box at the post office. A few of the employees are pretty nice. One, maybe the owner or boss, is a downright snot. They get paid to be there. I have to pay. In the meantime, all my shipping will be a different UPS Store or the post office. Thank God I ship a lot but don’t get much mail. Remember, customers DO have choices!

We are from out of town but had 3 packages from Amazon to return. I looked to see if there was a location close, and this location popped up. Naturally, I looked at the reviews and was not looking forward to dealing with the "rude" staff. Well, all 3 ladies working there were incredibly friendly. One greeted me as soon as I walked in. Another, with a friendly tone, said they would be right with me since she and the other lady were obviously busy. As soon as they were done, she called me up. In today's world, it is hard to find good quality, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly customer service I received. Just have your package packed correctly and you'll have no problems.

Never had a bad experience in a UPS store until this one. Staff is incredibly rude. Would rather drive to Albuquerque than to ever deal with these people again.

Highly disappointed in the lack of common courtesy or customer service! I am at this location probably every week (yes Amazon addiction ?) but other services like notary etc. As you know sometimes returns are no box/no label needed and others you pack but no label etc. We’ll suffice it to say the ONE damn time I didn’t tape the box close, but didn’t need a label the young girl refused to give me a few inches of tape to close it! Of course, I am always welcome to buy another roll of packing tape! Money over common sense and courtesy I swear society needs fixed!

This store does not honor the hours that it states in the door and website that it is open. They locked the door and then just stared at me through the window. Poor service indeed.I went back today and I will say that the service that I got was wonderful. The lady who helped me was efficient and cheerful and polite. Other than their closing early issue, the service inside is very good. I’m going to change the rating to 4 stars.?
