I was greeted by two people without anyone else in the salon. I asked for a shampoo and extra condition with a very light trim.
The person in charge had to tell Elizabeth how to do that. Wash, condition, add extra co conditioner to the ends of my hair, put me under the heated hair dryer, rinse and trim.
What I got was a wash that after she started, I had to ask her to scrub my scalp better because I could barely feel anything, and the extra conditioner was not applied to the ends of my hair. The trim, (I asked for only 1/2 inch across) was uneven. She did not even comb out my hair totally before the trim.
