Very bad service, just called to make a payment and they hung up on me. I have waited for 30 minutes on the line just for them to hang up! this bank is always an issue for making payments I always struggle so much. Now I have to go to the bank personally, thanks to you I just lost a job interview.

They wont let u have YOUR money u want to buy smth at the store theyll deny u access too every single day there has been a problem eith letting me spend my money its cause everyone there is lazy and doesnt so there jobs

This place is horrible for business accounts. I’ve banked here personally for many years. If you’re looking for a business account go anywhere else. These people do not have your back and they will not do anything to help you or your business grow!! NUSENDA is a much better option. Will never bank here again!!

Wonderful place to do business. The staff is always helpful and Tina, the Branch Manager, is extremely nice, helpful , knowledgeable and great to work with. I switch almost all of my banking to SECU because of this Branch!

The staff here is amazing! I was greeted immediately by Analisha,Jessica and Natalie. Toni the loan officer is fabulous!!! I was able to refinance with no hassle.This credit union is highly recommended for anything needed. Customer service is outstanding!

By far, the worst credit union. I paid off my vehicle loan and was promised the title would be sent to me. I waited for over a month for the title to arrive and it never arrived so I had to contact SECU customer care only to be told the title was never sent. The manager and operations supervisor should be responsible for making sure a customers title is sent to them in a timely manner. Overall, i reached out to the title team in Santa Fe and they never followed up. Poor POOR customer service! I finally was told by a rep in Santa Fe that they could release the lien to go out of MY WAY through the state to have the title released to me and that was a mess! The state didn’t even know what they were doing after reaching out 5 times to them. Complete waste of my time and completely unnecessary! Most, but not all of the people have become too comfortable in their positions that they only pick and choose who to assist with specific needs. If I could give this credit union negative stars I would. I am so disappointed with YOUR services!

This has to be the worst credit union! Used to be great. Service is slow. They treat their employees bad, They hire the most incompetent people to work here. I’m surprised this credit union is still in operation I do not recommend coming here to do business with this place The only person that really knows how to do her job here is the older lady that’s a loan officer that’s been there awhile I know her name starts with a D and thats all of the bunch! Hire new people at this credit union including the branch manger she is awful and under qualified!!!! The worst!!

Spoke with loan officer Toni and she is a definite asset to this financial institution..when I am ready for a vehicle loan, I will remember her name. She appeared to care about cultivating new accounts..unlike the Belen branch.

Do not make the mistake of opening an account here. horrible customer service. They don't even bother asking for ID which makes it very possible that your account can be compromised.

This used to be a good bank, but I have been unhappy with the service. Three weeks ago I called to have a auto withdrawal stopped. The woman that helped, told me it was taken care of. 2 weeks later the funds were still coming out. I went to the bank and the lady that helped me apparently wasn't listening to what I was saying because I told her at least threes times that this business was withdrawing 2 times from my account a month. She apparently stopped one auto withdrawal but not the other. Today I go back and she said she didn't know she was to stop both, after I told her many times. Now I notice that they charged me another stop payment charge for $ 25.00!
