Went by yesterday afternoon, the employee working was rude. I said hello and she didn't even respond. When I asked her a question it was as if I was inconveniencing her. I left, I am not going to give my money to a rude place!

Will not return to this place, took my wife in and the manager was very rude to her. She was also rude to her employees. Not very professional of her. Sally's beauty should really pay attention to who they hire there. District managers should know that sara the lady who is in charge, needs to be more professional about the way she handles customers as well as employees.

I came into Sally's in Los Lunas and heard Sarah badmouthing another employee in front of me. Very unprofessional!! She shouldn't be working there!

Disappointed that they dont sell eye shadow anymore because they said they were getting stolen, as they are small.Geez....move them up by the front cash register, then.

I bought lots of things from the Sally's and the people here are very nice and when it comes to returns, it says right behind the counter, what they will, or will not accept

The girl with the gross belly button piercing always showing doesn't know how to give correct change when paying with cash. Pretty sad a Cashier doesn't know how to give correct change back lol

Was not able to find a last minute xmas gift at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Went to Sally beauty supply amd the young lady Alicia helped me to find it. Glad i came hear.

I needed some small clippers to trim my dogs feet and my barber suggested I try Sally's Beauty.The evening lady suggested an Andis Slimline 2 set of electric clippers.I asked if these were guaranteed to cut dog hair and she said "Oh, yes!"I get them home and they don't cut.The next morning I tried returning them and the manager tells me they don't accept returns on clippers. I explained how the evening lady told me they were guaranteed to cut dog hair and they don't.The manager said "Well she shouldn't have told you that but we're not taking them back."Had the other lady told me that there were no returns allowed I would not have bought them despite her guaranteeing they would work. It's just not worth the risk dealing with small businesses when you can get better service thru online or big box stores.

I have to admit, I was a HUGE fan of this little Sally's store because the employees were so very helpful and kind... but about 3 weeks ago, I drove up there to purchase an electric trimmer which was over $60. but I honestly thought it would be of good quality. I opened the box on Saturday to use it for my partner and it worked outstandingly for about 30 minutes. Then is died! It's And is Pivot Pro Model PMT-1 I called Sally's about the defective trimmer and they informed me that they do NOT take back trimmers. How utterly convenient for them! I'm out $60 bucks and they're off the hook??? I notified the company via internet and "Andis.com" but have heard nothing back. I was on the phone 800-558-9441 for over a half hour (on music & ignore) but no one ever accepted my call. I'm guessing these are poor business practices and bad customer relations. I purchased a new one at Walmart--made in America!

Every time I go the gel nail polish shelves are never stocked. The regular polish is full but I'm not shopping for regular polish. The staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful which is nice.
