ordered online for curbside pick up. after waiting 10 minutes past the pickup time I went inside to get the pizzas. had to wait even longer even though there were 2 employees standing behind the counter and no other customers in the place. when I got home I discovered that my order was wrong so I drove back with wrong pizza. and the manager proceeded to chastise the employee In front of me about making the pizza wrong. I had to ask him if he was going to remake my correct pizza. he was very unprofessional.... he didn't even offer me compensation for my inconvenience. I won't be going back

Update: the situation was rectified with the review below. Thanks for the quick response! I updated the rating.My husband placed an order online and when he received the order he was missing an item. He isn’t one to complain but I am, especially with everything so expensive in this economy. I called the store multiple times and no one answers, tried a different option but the service is a call center and all they can do is transfer you to the store. Horrible customer service!

Ordered supreme no onions add green chili but nope they never get it right. The pepperoni was good though. No point in calling it takes too long to fix and that's even if they'll do it

As you may have already read from the other reviews, the service here is terrible.Takeout is a nightmare as they never complete orders in a timely manner, get orders wrong, and do nothing to fix it.Any time I have ever asked the staff a question about my order I get nothing. Not even an acknowledgement or attempt to answer the question. Just the typical Gen Z lead paint stare.The last time I ordered bread sticks, I simply asked if both orders were in the same bag. The kid "working" the counter says nothing, stares at me, turns around, grabs another random bread stick bag from behind him, and just tosses it on my box.Zero self awareness from the kids that work here. Unbelievable.

Employees did not know the specials. I walked in to order a pizza and they told me to go on the app and order. Defeats the purpose. The app took 27 dollars. So yeah I got ripped off. I can see why Walmart and Mc Donald’s is moving to self check out. We do their jobs better than they do. For FREE!!

Ordering online make sure it's they Pizza Hut. Because they sub deliver thru Door Dash. door dash is horrible they just left it in my door step without notification, Pizza was frozen when I found on my door step after over an hour. Has been almost 2 weeks trying to get a refund. Pizza Hut just giving the run around. I will NEVER NEVER order from the Los Lunas Pizza Hut ever again.

The cheese is not mozzarella its cheap cheese no cheese pull pizza lukewarm. I ordered green chili they sparkled bits and pieces of green chili on the pizza. Won't be back. Wasn't worth my $30.00 dollars.

Talk About Waiting for the Manager to Answer the phone! Had me waiting 15 minutes before I hung up. Ordered online and ordered my Rewards but it didn't go through so I called and my pizza came before they answered LOL

Even though they were fully staffed orders were an hour late when it was supposed to be a 25-30min wait.. the food industry will always have a rush. It is what it is. In situations like that management has to step up and take control. Organize your staff by assigning everyone to a particular task/duty.. c'mon it ain't rocket science y'all ain't working for NASA... How is it that Little Caesars is better organized with less staff?... And yes LC was just as busy... Couldn't even get the simplest thing about their job done right... Give/show quality customer service. ??♂️

Staff friendly, we ordered 23-topping pizzas and brownies for pickup, then forgot to go pick them up. When we called our Pizza Hut, and the friendly woman who answered, gladly re-made our order at no charge!
