This is the worst Metro store I have ever been to. They sold me a phone for the first time in 11 years that I have belonged to Metro and it doesn't work. It has no memory and they told me this was a better phone than the one I was going to pick. It's not usable. The customer service is terrible and as soon as I can I will leave Metro and find something else as I am so disgusted with these people. They want to send the phone back no I have my personal information on it it is a phone that you cannot use. I don't know how they stay in business. I can't download apps. I have been with Metro for 11 years and have never had a phone issue. Zero Stars.

I went to 4 different stores to get a new phone, (I have been a Metro PPCS customer for 8 years),I found it at the Los Lunas NW store, The Mgr. Evelyn would not give me the advertising upgrade price. When I went back she yelled at me and refused to call the D.S.G. dept. I had to call customer service 5 different times. I was cheated by the store manager, donx' shop there you will be sorry..

Very rude my family bought this horrible phone and could even navigated it paid the full price not upgrade price but when we tried to return it they say the computer took it as an upgrade and then gave us the whole ring around acting like they were at least going to trade it in and then to find out”she didn’t know how “ horrible don’t go here wish I could give a zero review

Loved the customer service here, was very polite and helpful! They helped set up a new plan and they talked about a new plan called acp I enrolled and got approved!

I wouldn't go to this store. I never liked this particular MetroPCS store. I have had better customer care experiences with other MetroPCS stores than this one. I have always told my family members and friends to never go to this one. Everytime I go to this store with my Mother or other family members I always get bad customer service from them and so does my family members. So now they believe me why I say to never gt to this particular one. My mother ended up getting screwed over by them with a phone and service deal. I won't go into much detail because of privacy reasons, but let's just say she didn't have a good experience with them. And now she sees why I dislike this particular store. I'm not saying all MetroPCS stores are like this, but this one is not a good MetroPCS store.

The guy was ok but then he asked the girl or young lady if they had the phone we needed and she pretended to check on her computer and saidNone of our store's have it!!We half way believed her but still drove to the other location and guess whatThe phone we wanted was immediately brought out and we were treated exceptionalI'll never go this metro again...the other location is way better

I went today to add a hotspot device to my plan since there was a good deal. But, after I declined insurance I saw that it was on my bill anyway. I was told that it's "included on the first month on all our devices and you can opt out at any time". I was also charged for a phone case that I didn't buy. When I asked about that, I was told that because of a promotion, you could get a "free" accessory. So basically $10 of your activation fee went to a case or an accessory. They said that since I only got a hotspot I wasn't eligible for a free accessory, so the money I was charged on my receipt was actually going towards the activation fee. When I spoke to corporate, they said that that was false and the activation fee was only the $73 I had already paid and been charged so the $83 I "paid towards my activation fee" wasn't real. They also said that I shouldn't have been charged for insurance if I declined it. They fixed the insurance for me, but could do nothing about the "accessory" I was charged for.Essentially, I was charged $10 for something that I didn't receive. I know it's only $10, but this is legitimate theft wrapped in a confusing bow.If/when you shop here, look over everything closely and make sure that nothing is getting tacked on that you didn't ask for.

A complete waste of a building. This is a vending machine and nothing more. Put in the money. They give you a phone. That's all they do. 5 contacts about the Velvet phone and 5 more about coverage and nothing has been resolved. The phone? Still overheats, still switches between apps, still , still, still, everything but work. Customer service? Yea, right. The phone still won't work. The phone will never work. All you get? "have a nice day, come again."
