This dealership should jit even have license to sale new our used cars. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I purchased a used Ford 2019 f150 that now needs a new transmission. It's been 3 weeks amd none of the incompetent employees can tell me what going on with my truck. Then they couldn't provide with a rental car because it also had to go thru warranty so now I've missed 2 days of work. And they don't care. Their service department is never really avaliable and they can't perform half of the thing that's the better department ships in the state does. All in all this is the worst purches I've ever made I absolutely hate melloy ford or los lunas I'll be contact the BBB the State and the federal commission on this matter

The breaks on my wife's car was going out. They said that it was alright to drive it. I checked with another mechanic and was told that if the brakes went out, she wouldn't be able to stop at all. I tried to get a loaner car and was told that they had all their loaners already out. They also told me that I could get a rental car but would have to pay for it. The car is still under warranty. They said that it would take atleast 3 weeks before they could even look at it. They are putting my wife in danger by not fulfilling their warranty.

They had my vehicle for 4 months, to replace a catalytic converter, and then charged me $1,700.00... I get you gotta make money, but that's a long time without my vehicle, and the most expensive catalytic converter I've ever paid for.. I've been taking my vehicle here for over a decade, and I'll never go back!
