Clarissa Chavez-Rivera was my realtor and she was amazing during the process. As a first time home buyer, the experience can be very intimidating and stressful but Clarissa made sure that I understood thoroughly everything that was going on, was prompt on her end, and really made the experience incredibly less stressful than I had anticipated it being.

They are a very nice place but John did not follow through on a promise he made And Clarissa did not make him follow through. And to top it off I was lied to about what was sent to me. Great people just fall short of honesty.

Purchased my first home with Clarissa Chavez as my realtor. She is super knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to your wants AND concerns. Works with you and doesn't come across as she is telling you what to do, gives you options and explains the possible outcomes. Would definitely refer anyone to use her as an agent. `

I was never rushed in my home search, and never pushed to upgrade beyond my needs. Patience is a virtue in a real agent agent and mine had it. They helped me in finding someone to assist in getting a GI loan and other insurance representatives. Good job!
