We all by now know about shoplifting a pickup truck bed loaded with what appeared to be heat air units was surrounded by police busted! Dont steal pay for it !

This Lowes was a model for all of the others when they first opened, all the people here were fantastic and extremely helpful. They've gotten worse and worse as time has gone on and now all the employees sit back in little groups laughing and giggling with each other instead of helping customers and if you can get one of their attention there often a little help whatsoever. Getting anyone's help if you can even get their attention is almost impossible. They usually walk you back to where you already were and say something you're looking for should be there, and that they have no idea how to special order or do anything else that you need.Latest trip is more of the same except for now you get to check yourself out.Google asks me to update so I will.

This is the first review I have ever posted but the customer service associate was so incredibly rude that I am leaving a review in hopes that management sees it. I had a small problem with the same day delivery of an order, there wasn't a driver to pickup and deliver my order and it was still there by noon the next day. The actual problem was with the customer service associate, Jonny, who told me my only option was to pick up my order since a driver didnt come. He asked me where I placed the order and I said it was on lowe's website where the same day delivery was an option for $15. He then told me that same day delivery is by a different company and I just have to wait for my delivery or pick it up. But there was no ETA for my delivery, I just had to wait? When I asked to speak to a manager because there must be a way to just cancel the order or ship it since I can not pick it up, the associate Jonny said the manager will tell you the same thing but sure "I will transfer you to a manager", and then hung up on me. I called back, and Los Lunas Lowes didnt pick up the phone, I assume Jonny was at the customer service desk and chose not to answer. I called again and he answered. I said I was calling to speak to a manager because he hung up on me, Jonny sarcastically said "ohhhhh I did????, let me try again". I was transferred and I spoke to Melissa, a manager, and she easily canceled my order and I am now able to just place a new order with standard shipping. Had I know that same day delivery wasnt really an option, I wouldn't have selected it when I placed my order. I would also like to note that have had several online appliance orders this last two weeks and the process was smooth and the delivery person, Miguel and his crew have been absolutely so nice and wonderful for all three deliveries and one pickup

Horrible Experience in the Appliance Dept. Took 3 and a half Hours to Purchase Appliances. The first employee was a Female that I had wait 15 Minutes for her to Belittle a young employee after talking Gossip to another?. Then had to wait another 15 Minutes for another Employee who can only operate the Computer for the Paperwork because he was moving Appliances around with a Forklift ?. The Guy Accidentally erased the Computer Paperwork?. Then they wanted Alternative Identification even though I had three Federal Identification Cards?. Then I Had to Drive home to get my Other Indetifiction ?. They Couldn't find my Lowes Credit Card Information?. At the End they Finally found my Lowes Credit Card?. I suggest go to Home Depot It was way too much Waiting & Paperwork. A total Nightmare. ?

Best Lowe's I've ever shopped at. Customer service is always amazing - they always find me and I never have to search for assistance. Store is clean and well stocked.

Ordered a fancy refrigerator from this store in August. Was supposed to be delivered in November. When I call Lowes customer service to ask where my refrigerator is, they just give me another, later date. I have been paying since August. The latest "scheduled" date is in January. That's 5 months, folks. I don't believe this is in any way the fault of the Los Lunas location. I believe this is all on the Lowes corporate culture. Do Not Buy Appliances from them unless you are walking them out of the store and installing them yourself. Otherwise, you are going to get REALLY frustrated. Well, you might like paying for something you aren't getting, then, getting the run around about it for 5 months. If that's your thing, you are in for a lovely time.

I stopped in to get some hardware. I passed three employees on my way to the hardware isle, none of them greeted me or asked if I needed anything. I could not find what I needed and went looking for an associate. I found two employees standing at the front talking to each other. I asked for help and hardware and I was told that they would have to page someone. I went back to hardware and waited for 15 minutes. During that time several associates passed the aisle without one stopping, or even looking in my direction. I finally got fed up with the horrible customer service, and walked out. On my way out I saw two more employees standing around talking to each other. Customer service is a joke there. There was not another single soul in the store. I went directly next-door to the Home Depot, was greeted by an associate who took me straight to the hardware aisle and showed me exactly where my needed items were. I was in and out in less time than I spent waiting in Lowe's to even be acknowledged. Never again will I visit the store I will just go straight to the Home Depot due to their superior customer service. I advise others to do the same.

Lowe's has such nice people working there susanna, glenda, Jax are some of the nicest people and give great customer service they are always friendly and smiling. It's a joy to go in this Lowe's and it's been my favorite Lowe's ever. Thank you so much you guys and I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving
