Horrible!!!! I drove over 40 minutes so that I could get help with my taxes because I have multiple documents this year. I was told that it's to easy and that I should just do them online because I would be charged over $250 if I did it in store because i would be filing jointly.I told the lady I was fine with paying that, but was still turned away. My husband didn't come with me that day, I would have made a difference appointment but felt like i was being denied service from the moment I sat down.i kept trying to explain the reasons i wanted her help and she still kept denying me .I dont have internet at my home so i would have to attempt to do all this myself on a cell phone and im confused by the number of documents i have. It might be easy for her to do but I asked for help for a reason. Lost my business.

As painless as paying taxes can be. The preparer explained each step in the process as she prepared the forms. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns when she completed the forms. Very polite and professional
