Rod Baca's Agency is great for Home, Auto, Renter's, and Life Insurance. I have dealt with these personally. Rod, Michelle, and others at this office are very personable and genuinely take care of their customers. They don't just treat me like another Policy Holder, but as a human being, and they have worked with me time and time again to set up coverage that is best for me!

Do business elsewhere!
I was almost hired at this agency and is " The Top Agency in NM" but I seriously dodged a bullet by walking out! Rodney Baca is absolutely the most impatient and unprofessional agency owner I have ever met, and I've worked for some REALLY malicious bosses. If I signed the contract, I wouldn't get sick pay till 1 year after I worked there, no benefits, a very confusing pay structure that "guarantees" more pay than 20% of commission, and an agent who was NEVER on time with anything that was time sensitive. When I brought up that I don't feel like I was being valued or respected, given I had been traveling there from Albuquerque for 2 days, and I still didn't get clarity on pay, schedule, or anything. It was apparent that the agency was more concerned with a district associate visiting the store rather than caring for a potential new hire...
