Came to this discount 2 days in a row just to do an air check, and both times, I waited about 10-15 for someone to come out. No one came out. There are workers that just walk back and forth looking at you, but no one comes out. The machine is out here, but no one to operate it. This discount tire is the worst in the state.

This place sucks you literally stand here while everybody walks past you when you try to talk to somebody they just raise their hand and say I’ll be right with you an hour and a half later and I still haven’t been helped. What’s the point I’ll take my business somewhere else. They need to bring back rico Thomas and holland were them people actually cared about the customers these guys here now are worthless

Fast friendly efficient.
All the things I look for in a tire shop.
I ordered some special tires and had them mounted.
From drop off to keys in my hand was 2 hours or less and they were busy. Very satisfied customer.

Yes, I ordered some tires for my tractor and they came in about 5 days. So I just picked them up and I was pleased with the srevive.

Had an appointment for 9:45 am
Arrived at 9:30 and was all checked in by 9:38 my vehicle wasn't touched at 10:30 I asked for my keys and left
Any business I have will go elsewhere

Discount tire used to be my go to tire shop. Over the last few years, they’ve lost all the good employees and replaced them with many incompetent workers. I doubt I’ll ever step foot in there again.

These guys are awesome, I have been here 3 times for screws in my tires, 2 out of the 3 times, they were able to put a plug/patch it and get me back on the road.
I do wish they were open a little earlier.

I have been here three times in the past month, every time I go I’m going to put air in my tires. Which I bought here….
But I’m ignored, wait for more than 10/15 minutes and then after waiting I leave. Because I’m just wasting my time and I guess since I’m not buying tires I don’t matter???? I would rather pay more for tires and get service that I pay for the tires and warranty. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else, nothing here matters.
