Went in to add a person and get a new phone. He was alone, it got busy and he stated calm and kept on without a sweat. Got what needed to be done in a timely manner. Will come back to this store when needed.

The guys here are always so helpful! Especially Matt. Hes always polite and quick and calls us by name even when we haven't been in there in months. They seem to be super efficient at managing multiple customers at once to help everyone quickly. Great service.

Today went to this Cricket Office at 835 Main st., Los Lunas, NM. There was one worker behind the desk. He didn't really seem to want to work, or help. He acted as though he was bothered by someone stepping in asking for help with their phone. He could only give a telephone number for customer service (Last four: 2538). He also said how easy it was to get help with customer service. That was a big lie and joke, a customer calls customer service and gets recordings, someone may answer and then puts you on hold again. Then transferred to so called insurance, a bigger joke..............recordings, ring/ring/ring/then back on hold. Then transferred back to customer service, asking what was just given. Frustration and Headache. No help at Los Lunas store and certainly no help by trying to get help at customer service telephone number. We are cancelling our account with the in surance. We had no problem with Cricket before but then we never had ask for help. Greta MHonesty and truth about the nightmare when telephoning Cricket so called Customer Service is much better than "smile-worthy service," next time will ask the store worker to call customer service for me..........that would be good customer service.
