“Truly honest, transparent GOOD work. I brought my laptop in and it ended up having a costly hardware issue, they offered to sell me a better refurbished laptop and didn’t change me the previous diagnostic fee (since it wasn’t able to be fixed). I had an exam the same week and NEEDED the laptop asap.The guys were really nice and tried to solve my repair issue promptly. They even redownloaded all my files and browser info to the new laptop. “This place is incredible ? hands down. I took my laptop here for SSD issues and I cannot believe the hospitality. These guys give such a professional experience and make it so easy. Their was an issue with the installation and the owner stayed layer hours to push the fix. I highly recommend this spot over anyone in Albuquerque or surrounding areas. For sure?!!!”
