I had a bad experience when trying to get a new EV recently. They reached out indicating that they could sell a car at one price, but after extensive discussions they said that they misquoted me and they can only sell a more expensive vehicle that was actually 6k higher with not much room to budge.

What a great experience! I was having issues with my 2022 Silverado 3500 HD and had called the dealer I bought it from only to be told I had to bring it in right away and they would get to it in 10 days. But if my truck wasn’t there then the 10 day queue wouldn’t start. I decided to call Melloy Chevrolet as they are closer to my new home and I spoke with Gilbert. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! He was apologetic in letting me know they might not be able to get to it until the next day I told him that’s amazing based upon what I have been told by other dealers. I dropped it off and several hours later I got a call they found the issue! And had me back on the road the very same day! I have to say for the first time in my life I left a car dealership/service center without feeling like I was taken advantage of. Thank you for such a good experience and thank you Gilbert for making me a Melloy Chevrolet customer.

Gustavo explained everything ,after some back and forth trying to seek us tho gs that were actually included in the same of the car anyway we made a deal,Hunter was quick but didn’t put all my paperwork in my envelope,I specifically asked for the things I got free and time frames printed so my husband could see ,I still don’t have that

The service team is amazing! Gilbert and Diego have been amazing very polite and do everything they can to help us out! Our car has been a Pain and in the shop at least 9 times in the last year and a half that we’ve owned the car! Very disappointed with the car we got stuck with! But they have been working very hard to fix all my issues with the car!

It is not a good place to sell your car. The sales manager, Marc, is rude and inconsiderate. I sold my car on May 31st and had to follow up repeatedly since I received no communication for 30 days—no emails, texts, or calls. They were waiting for the car title to be released by my bank before issuing my check, worth thousands of dollars.
On July 1, my bank informed me that they had sent the title that morning. I called Melloy Chevrolet and spoke to a polite representative named Chalice or Charlene (I don't recall the exact name). She transferred me to the sales manager, Marc, but the call was dropped after a 2-3 minute wait. When I called again, Marc answered and brusquely told me, "I just received the information about your call 2 minutes ago. You don’t need to call multiple times because it doesn’t speed up the process for the release of your check."
I was frustrated, as they had provided no updates or communication. I remained calm, but Marc's attitude was unhelpful. They had assured me that the check would be released as soon as they received the title. Marc did not call back, so I sent a friend with authorization to act on my behalf. However, Marc did not speak to them and instead directed them to "Brandon," who said the business office had not provided any information about the check release and added that it depended on their "mercy."
When I called the business office to inquire, they told me the check was ready for pick-up. I was astonished. The manager at Melloy Chevrolet, Marc, has serious issues. He is rude and lacks the ability to communicate properly with clients. I do not recommend doing business with him. He is cooperative during the deal but becomes unresponsive and disrespectful afterward. He needs to reflect on the damage he has caused. The delay in releasing the title was his fault due to his lack of managerial skills.
After speaking with Marc at around 10:30 AM, the check was finally released at approximately 4:30 PM and picked up by my friends from the business office, not from anyone at Melloy Chevrolet.
