Went in Friday to get a new car battery. They tested it and said I needed a new one. They also installed then the car wouldn't start. Had to have it towed to .y mechanic. The battery cables were not on properly. So gee....thanks. Will never go back. The man who did the install was a surly cranky unhappy man. Clearly also incapable. Really really unhappy with you all.

Well, I was on The Verge of losing faith in this place but I can tell you right now that the manager at the autozone in Las lunas, his name is Allen, he is the most polite person I've talked to in a long time, and he is definitely one of the best customer service. Related people I've dealt with ever in our buildings and businesses that we've had with autozone over the last 25 years. We thank you again Allen for all your help. Man and you, you keep up the good work.

Only man working this morning was rude and seemed irritated to help. Also did not open on time, opened 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Super disappointed!

We ordered oil and filters online. The app said it was all in stock. We went to pick it up a couple hours later only to find out they were not in stock. They said come back after 5pm. We have used this autozone before and had mixed experiences. Some visits were fine but a few had bad support. Unfortunately I usually have better support when I bring my son or hubby.
