I had a great experience this morning at AutoZone. Justin ran tests on my battery and replaced the battery for me. That is what I call excellent customer service! The conversation was great as well as he answered all my questions with a smile on his face. Thank you so much for making my day!

Store service by management is very poor and the expertise in automotive is less than mediocre. Wrong part in the right box and I’m being questioned, even with a receipt. Employees should have a micrometer to use if they want to refute customers that know how to actually use one.

Came in for a truck part. Due to the year I thought I'd have to order it. Nope. They had it right there on the shelf. Price was affordable, another big plus. Cashier carried item to my truck as it's on the heavy side. A third plus. Looking for fast, friendly and affordable prices for your car, truck, etc? Shop AutoZone. You won't be disappointed.

Ive purchased a lifetime warranty belt and exchanged it here in the past there was a gentleman with long hair working the cashier spot who was in a very bad mood from start to finish not too helpful at all and told me duralast doenst make a lifetime belt also didnt even try looking it up in the system im not a big complainer but this dude needs help with customer service for sure it was wednesday aug 9th at 745 pm...talked with manager this morning and shes so awesome at her job I changed my review to 5.

Zero customer service experience at this location. Didn't want to help and when I asked for a manager, got told the number is on the door. I won't ever go back there for any reason!
