“I've been stuck on the side of Hwy 6 for 3 nights now..(12-23-22 Fri) unfortunately being the Christmas holiday most places were closed. Was told I'd have to wait till Wed to get my throttle cable I so desperately need..So I waited it out till Monday and called around for a universal cable... not only did Shawn look it up but he special ordered it and it arrived within hours!! Thank you so much Shawn for going above and beyond and helping me get back on the road!!”

“Resistor went out in my old pickup. Went to 3 different stores nobody could figure out the part I needed. Came into this O'Reillys and Sammie killed it. Diagnosed the part needed to be converted, sold me the part and saved me from the brutal NM heat! Much appreciated Sammie, she will be the reason I make the trip across town to give my business too. “Ive purchased a lifetime warranty belt and exchanged it here in the past there was a gentleman with long hair working the cashier spot who was in a very bad mood from start to finish not too helpful at all and told me duralast doenst make a lifetime belt also didnt even try looking it up in the system im not a big complainer but this dude needs help with customer service for sure it was wednesday aug 9th at 745 pm...talked with manager this morning and shes so awesome at her job I changed my review to 5.”

“Very good service.Came here twice for my 2003 Highlander, one time for oil + oil filter, and then the second for a new batteryBoth times I was able to easily locate the items and/or parts I was looking for, and the staff are extremely helpful too.When I got my new battery, Juan Carlos was extremely effective, and not only replaced my battery in my car at the store, but also helped me find and trade for the right battery when the one I got was incorrect. Definitely a go-to for me when in need of parts.”

“Needed oil change, BEST synthetic price anywhere. Period. No appointments needed, pretty good on fluid checks, did NOT catch my driver's side dim headlight out. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars. (Hit Auto Zone next day and changed myself.) Was busy day for employees, knew would be a wait, grabbed groceries, still under hour to do full synthetic with oil filter included. Great PRICE. thanks much Walmart...”
