I used to be happy with this place, but now they change their prices like every week. It seems like they went from decent prices, and then they keep charging you more and more and more and more. Make sure you not even wanna do business with them anymore. These people, the prices change as much as the wind blows

I have concerns about the customer service at this establishment. Despite consistently paying my rent within the grace period, I receive notifications a day after the due date, claiming it's overdue with a late fee. Moreover, promises of new access codes, necessitated by their classification of the payment as late, are frequently delayed. Over the past few years, the monthly rent has significantly increased from $85 to over $160, which I find unreasonable. I advise against choosing this facility. In addition, the in-person interactions with the staff have been marked by rudeness, and it appears that their primary focus is solely on financial transactions. This experience underscores the importance of retaining local ownership in our neighborhoods and cities, as opposed to selling to corporations that may prioritize profit over customer service. Furthermore, there have been claims that payments submitted through the drop box are not received, a problem I've never encountered in my over 8 years at this location—only since the change in ownership. This raises concerns about the reliability and efficiency of the current management.

DO NOT USE. I made a reservation for a trailer for tomorrow. 5 mins after I had, a family member offer to get a truck for me. I called to cancel the reservation and she said "uhaul" was going to charge me $50 for canceling a reservation and "you either come get the trailer, or were charging you $50. I told her I'd be contacting uhaul to cancel and the moment I hung up she canceled it and took $50 from my bank. After calling uhaul they reimbursed me the money immediately and told me she shouldn't have taken my money to cancel a reservation I just made. This lady Eleanor will scam you, to benefit herself and lie using uhaul as "the bad guy." Don't fall for this lady's scams.

Great place to store your treasures! Eleanor has always been so professional, friendly and easy to work with. I've never encountered any problems in all the years I've used this facility. I am finally able to relinquish the unit and Eleanor has made the process seamless. Thank you.

Eleanor was easy to deal with and even allowed us to bring in 2 PODS to ship out our stuff from the storage unit. The space was clean and cool even in 100 degree weather. Thank you! I would highly recommend this place.
