I had called them to come and pick up a couch and a love seat recliner from my mother-in-law's in they were in good condition they did send a guy in a grill out they walked in looked at them said they didn't want them I think it was just because they were too lazy to pick him up which is fine there was nothing wrong with them they were in good shape my mother is handicapped and elderly but I ended up getting them picking him up and I sold them to somebody else I would not recommend this place to pick up any furniture

This place is ridiculous. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome in a place of business in my life. Completely overpriced. $100 for an old stained coach purse? No thank you! I can get a new coach purse from Ross for the same price. The bag we were looking at was again completely overpriced and they watched us like a hawk the entire time. As soon as we put the bag down and they couldn’t figure out how to lock it back on the rack they promptly placed it in the glass cabinet. I think these people have forgotten that they got their merchandise for free. I will never shop here again.

They have good find BUT hey have become very greedy and forgotten that their items are donated for FREE. Prices are out of reach for many people in the community. I highly recommend you all check out the Abundant Grace Free Store in Belen where items are donated for FREE and given back to the community to shop for FREE.

This store has really gone down hill. The employees are rude. Prices are really high for the quality. They take clothes donations and do not clean the clothes before putting them on the floor. Their prices are starting to be more than thrift store prices. Also there is no signs asking for Id with credit card purchase but they require it.

I been a customer for over 6 years on Monday January 6 the register went down cuz of the internet I payed with my debit card I got a receipt on my phone for what I payed today I went back in to shop the employees came up to me and said I need to talk to the manager I said ok then one of the employees told me that if I didn’t pay again then I would have to leave and never go back I said I have a receipt this was very mean cuz the manager didn’t even want to talk to me she just sent the employees to tell me what she was saying

Sale people very rude. This is a second hand store and they sale things like if their brand new what wrong with this people nobody deservers to be treated like a thief I would reather go to Walmart and get things new and shipper that's a shame after my family had donated a lot help others get richer so never again....
